I stayed up late waiting for that new girl to come into the Slytherin common room to find out more about her and the power she holds but

Militia never came to the common room last night I wonder if she left Hogwarts I hope she did she gave me a weird feeling in my stomach which I didn't like very much

I sat in the common room bathing in my thoughts when my father's owls landed on my lap with a letter in his beak that read

Dear Draco ,

This girl you speak of Militia Hendrix does she live with Muggles

And she has a great amount of power if she could do that to you and at such a young age

I fear son that you have made a horrible mistake if she is who I think she is

She son is to be feared by you , me , everyone for she is the dark Lords daughter that is why she has so much power his blood courses through her veins

I suggest you don't get on her bad side for she is stronger and purer then even the dark Lord himself

I suggest you do as she says and fear her son fear her

My parents were dogs to her family and she choose to be friends with the Weasly's what bad taste in blood I thought to myself

This can't be she said she was pure blood I don't know her home life I had to confirm my father's theory but what would a pure blood be doing with Muggles

" Militia ... Militia time to wake up Fred whispered softly in my ear

I groaned " but Fred your so comfy 5 more minutes please I've never slept in a bed before I whined

" Fine I can't turn you down 5 more minutes then we must get up he softly chuckled pulling me even closer to him if that was even possible

Sadly the five minutes passed faster then I would like to admit I slowly rolled out of his bed and followed him to a luckily still empty common room

As soon as we stepped out and into the hall we were met with a angry looking Draco

" What are you doing Militia in the Gryffindor common room and why didn't you come back to the Slytherin common room last night Malfoy sneered

He quickly reached out and slapped me across my right cheek sending me crashing into Fred

" Malfoy don't you dare touch Militia ever again Fred growled as he caught me

" What is she your little pure blood guard dog Weasly Draco sneered at Fred

I could feel the anger building up in me with each word Draco said

" Don't you talk to Fred like that I yelled

" who's gonna stop me you live with Muggles right that makes you weak he sneered at me

Once Fred let go of me I lunged at Draco tackling him by the waist sending us both down a flight of stairs

" MILITIA Fred screamed as me and Draco tumbled to the bottom of the stairs

" I'm not gonna let you beat me like those filthy Muggles I'm forced to stay with I yelled as I punched Draco square In the face a few times

Fred quickly rushed down the stairs along with the rest of the Gryffindor's

soon the rest of the Slytherin's came up and saw me beating Draco

" Look Draco is being beat by a Mudblood a Slytherin boy yells

I was pulled off of Draco by Harry and Ron who were in my year for now until I caught up Hogwarts second year stuff like at my school

" O and Draco Potter and Granger are now also under my protection

" I know who your Dad is I know where these sudden burst of power are coming from I  Hendrix you can't hide it forever

" how... you can't you don't know anything about me Malfoy I barely know you plus I don't know who my father is so you could be lying I snapped

I couldn't believe Militia just fought Malfoy and down a flight of stairs

I couldn't help but like her i knew it was crazy I just met her yesterday

She seemed a little shaken about Malfoy knowing who her dad was and she didn't  I wanted to comfort her but me and George were gonna prank Cedric

We quickly split up towards our house tables I noticed that the Slytherin's seemed to clear a path for Militia did they fear her cause she took on Malfoy

I hadn't noticed Militia was bleeding until I sat down at the Gryffindor table and George asked what happened to my hand

It was coated in a shiny , bright , red liquid I looked up in fear

" George this isn't mine it's MILITIA her back  .....crap she's hurt we have to help her I quickly said

as we ran over to the Slytherin table I saw blood running down the back of Militia's robes she had her head resting on the table

" MILITIA ....MILITIA you need to go to the hospital wing your back is bleeding I yelled as I tried to wake her 

" Fred we have to take her to the hospital wing now George yelled at me

" your right George I said as I carefully picked up her limp body bridal style

We quickly raced to the hospital wing were a nurse took her after we explain what happened

" how did these wounds happen the woman asked shocked at the state of Militia's torso

" The Muggles she forced to stay with they beat her the torture her everyday I said chocking at the end

" O goodness me what a poor creature the woman said softly after she stopped the bleeding

" boys she will be out for a day or two due to her injuries from her family the woman said placing a hand on my shoulder

" now off to class you two , I'll take care of her go shooo shooo the woman said waving us out

I didn't know how badly the Muggles treated Militia till everyone was talking about the lash marks and cuts on her lower back

I decided to write my father during class

Dear Father ,

She dose indeed live with Muggles we found out that they have been beating her she is in bad shape

She attacked me again for barking at her for not coming to the Slytherin common room last night

I think she spent the night with Fred Weasly for a girl of such power she has bad taste in blood and wizarding family she's friends with Granger and Potter

I must say father I don't know what it is about Militia but something about her gives me a fluttering feeling in my stomach I don't trust it

O and professor Lockhart is terrible he's clearly a fraud
