Chapter 9 - Draco's goons

I woke up this morning to a sleeping Fred I couldn't help but pretend I was still sleeping and snuggle in closer to his warm chest

I quickly realized I still had to go to Hagrid's so I slowly slipped away and wrote a note that told him I went to Hagrid's and that I'd be back later

Before going to Hagrid's I grabbed the book I got yesterday from Draco who must of saw that I had it cause he started smiling as I passed on my out

" Hagrid look what I got for Christmas you also won't believe who it is from I said pulling out the book of Monsters and setting it on a bench

" nos yer a book I like Hagrid said picking it up " who gave it to you dead he asked kindly

" Draco I said blushing

" you mean our very Draco Malfoy Hagrid asked surprised

" yes he's not as bad as everyone thinks it's all a show cause his father he truly is nice I said sternly but kindly

I quickly left after finishing my tea and rushed to Buck beak's pen

I quickly got on him and we were off flying high k Buck beak ready I whispered ad I stood on his back an out stretched my arms like his wings

' K now boy I yelled as I dove off of him he flew around in a circle then dashed under me so I did a  flip in air and landed perfect back into my riding position

" we did it boy I yelled as we landed and hugged him

We laid in our special spot by the black lake I sang the song I made for Hogwarts my home

I heard someone clear their throat I turned to see Fred standing there

" Fred I said scared and surprised

" don't tell anyone about Buck beak please I said hugging the large creature that laid next to me

" I won't there was just another attack I wanted to make sure you were OK so I stopped by Hagrid's and he said he didn't know where you were after you left with then he stopped talking
So I looked at the one place you said you spent most your time

" Fred I'm gonna need you to bow Buck beak is a hippogriff and he will harm you if you don't bow I said stopping him from walking any closer

He bowed towards and I bowed towards Fred to show Buck beak that I trusted him so he bowed back at Fred

You can come now I said petting Buck beak " wanna see our trick I said softly

" sure I'd love to Fred said softly

I quickly got on Buck beaks back gentlely

" you ride that thing Fred asked shocked and wide eyed

" come on Buck beak I said petting his neck and we were off flying in the sky

I quickly stood on his back arms outstretched as we went high above  the lake

Now boy I yelled diving off and doing my flip as he circled around and softly landed back in my spot

Before we went back to Fred I stood on his back age as Buck beak dragged his talons through the water 

I loved the feeling of the wind in my hair and water drops on my cheeks I could hear Fred clapping

So I sat back down and flew back to the shore were when I jumped off of Buck beak was greeted by a hug

" That first trick was terrifying but still cool he whispered

" thanks we should get back to the castle I whispered getting into Buck beak again

" come on I'm not making you walk I said sticking out my ha d for Fred to take

Which he cautiously took before climbing on

" k boy time to go home I said

Which made him quickly soar through the sky I outstretched my arms as Fred wrapped his around me

In no time we were at Hagrid's and I quickly fed and watered Buck beak before leaving for the castle

After we ate I heard Ron , Harry , and Hermione talking in the hall they didn't see me though

Harry : Militia's not the heir of Slytherin you guys

Ron : she's you-know-whos daughter Harry

Hermione : he's got a point she's just as much as a subject as Draco

Harry : But she protects Muggleborns and she made a sing about how we al are family remember

Hermione : I do but Harry she's pasaltounge and so was Salazar Slytherin and her father

Ron : see Harry it's got to be her

Harry : your right but I still think you guys are way off Militia would never hurt anyone who didn't deserve it

Hermione : we'll find out later do you have their hair for the polyjuice potion I snatched a pair of Crabbe and Goyle's robes so when you change and I have a pair if Militia's for when I change into her

I ran away crying towards my room that's when I heard the painting opening were Harry , Ron , and Hermione who now looked like me , Crabbe , Goyle walked in I stayed hidden for now I let them talk for a while God Harry and Ron sucked at this

I quickly stood up when I couldn't take it anymore and shout

" HARRY , RON , HERMIONE GET OUT!!!!! I HATE YOU I HERD YOU IN THE HALL I'M NOT THE HEIR AND NEITHER IS DRACO

As soon as I finished the Ron's red hair began to show and they started changing back as they ran out

I fell to the ground half wanting to cry half wanting to scream my lungs out they lied to me
I was soon wrapped in a hug by Draco
