Arched Feather

Together you began to walk back to the guild hall. Lunch had been amazing. Lucy was now drifting to the side as you walked. Natsu still had his arm around you. You began to wonder if he stilled liked you because everything about you had now changed.
"Hey, um, babe?" you asked sheepishly, not knowing if he like that nickname.
"Yeah?"
"Do you still like me? Like me like me? I mean I've changed so much, appearance and personality really..."
"I love you both ways! I can't decide which is better."
You were very relieved and grabbed his waist as you walked.
In the final stretch to the guild hall, Lucy jogged just for the neck of it. You giggled and let go of Natsu to run up to her. Natsu followed and you all walked in together. The guild hall was pretty quiet and everyone did their own thing. As you all walked to the bar for some waters, Wakaba jumped out of his seat with heart eyes. All they males except for Gray, Natsu, Gajeel, and Happy gathered around him. He was reading Sorcer's weekly. It was a pretty girl with long, wavy brown hair and bright green eyes and a sweater that she made show her shoulder, her bra strap, and the mark of her guild as she put her hand delicately near her mouth as she smiled and winked at the camera with a beach behind her. The sign on her collarbone was a bent feather that was a deep purple and shimmered with blue. All of them were fonding over her. One came up and turned the page.
Wakaba read aloud:
"This is TJ, The 'princess' of the new guild, Arched Feather. It has taken in many lost souls under it's small, but helpful wing. Her mother, Lizanne, is the strong master of the guild. They would both prefer to not share their magic, nor be on the front page."
"Why wouldn't she want to be on the front page?? She's gorgeous!!" Someone shouted.
"I know, right?!" Wakaba replied.
"C'mon boys," Kana said, "Let her be. She can choose. You still have no scense of class."
"And Wakaba," Ezra said, "you have a wife, so really lay off."
"He he he..." He stuttered.
"A new guild? You don't see that often," Natsu said, "Arched Feather you said?"
"Yep."
"You wanna go check 'em out with me, (Y/N)?"
"Yeah! Let's go!"
"You seriously want to go?" Erza asked.
"Why not? May as well get acquainted" Natsu smiled. "Anyone wanna join us?"
"I'll come" Lucy said excitedly.
"Can't go without me!" Happy shouted.
"Let's go!"

They searched around for a guild Hall. They eventually came across a small building with a colorful and slightly bend feather above the doors. Natsu let himself in, all of the rest of you just face palmed.
"Hun, that's kinda, uh, RUDE!" You shouted.
"Oh it's fine!" You heard a kind voice say.
You peeked inside and saw the girl from the magazine standing there with a warm smile.
"You may have heard of me, I'm TJ."
"Hi TJ, almost all the guys were fawning over you in Sorcer's Weekly." Lucy said.
"Awe shucks! So sweet! You are Fairy Tail members, right? What can I do for you, such high class guild members?"
You and Lucy kinda looked at each other and blushed as Natsu just stoofld high and mighty.
"Awe! Thanks! We wanted to check you guys out and get acquainted!" Happy said.
"Well Welcome! Would you like to meet Master Lizanne?"
"Yes, please" Lucy said politely.
"She's up in the loft, let's go! She'll be pleased to have you."
The building was fairly tall and mostly empty. TJ led you up two small flights of stairs. A blonde woman with a ponytail was cleaning up an area to your right.
"Mother, we have visitors from.... Actually, guess!"
She continued to tidy and didn't look over, but responded,
"Raven Tail?"
"Not quite!"
"Raven.... I don't know!"
"Fairy Tail!"
"Darling, that is cute, but I can assure you it is not Fairy Tail members" she said, still not facing your direction.
"Look mother! It's Salamander!"
Finally she turned to see you all. Natsu flexed his symbol on his arm. Her eyes widened. Lucy showed her hand, Happy showed his back, and you lifted your shirt.
"What are you all doing here? At my little guild??"
"We wanted to get ourselves aquainted! Hi I'm Natsu, this is my friend, Happy, my other friend Lucy, and this 6 my girlfriend, (Y/N)."
You blushed. You didn't know it was official, but you were happy it was.
"Anywho, hope we can be allies!"
"But of course! You especially sir, along with your guild, are legendary!"
"Thanks, how many do you have in your guild?" Lucy asked.
"Oh, not many, but we figured that Sorcer's Weekly would help with that," TJ responded, "We take in the wounded, both mental and physical."
Everything about that night flashed before your eyes. You froze and your eyes widened. The days before with all the pain came crashing down on your mind. Your legs grew weak. You were shaking in fear, as though reliving it all. The pain... All of the forms of it... It all came back... 'What if... What if something like that happens again? What if... What if....' ran in your head. You were scared. You collapsed onto your knees. Your eyes swelled with tears. You broke down and fell onto the floor entirely. You were shaking so much. You closed your eyes as if to hide. Horrible thoughts still raced in your head.
'no...No! NO! NOT AGAIN!! NEVER! N-NNEVER AGGAIN!" you screamed.
Your brain wouldn't slow. It felt like forever, but in reality, it was maybe a minute or so.
"(Y/N)!" Natsu and Lucy both shouted as the world faded away...

You woke up to a blurry starry sky. TJ leaned over you. You saw her lips move but couldn't hear her. You looked side to side. Your head hurt bad. Natsu came over and lifted you. You sat up, but you felt like jelly. He hugged you. You could barely hear him say, "How do you feel?"
You murmured, "pain..."
He hugged you again and kissed your forehead as he welled with tears.
"I know those times were hard, but they won't come back, I promise you..."
You cried tears of joy. You were so lucky to have him. You rested your head on his shoulder. He hugged you in return. Lucy then gave you an ice Pack and a glass of water. You sipped at the water and put the ice Pack on your head. TJ pulled Natsu aside and whispered "So what happened? What was that about?"
"She went through a very rough time about a month ago... Very personal."
You thought of the burn scars on your neck. Luckily the ones on the front side were small. As for the back, since the hair burned there too, the scar was a bit bigger and redder.
You then put the ice pack on the back of your neck on the burn. It tingled.
"I understand... It's all better now, right?"
"Everything except for what went through her head just a bit ago. She's scared that it'll happen again."
As the memories started to fill your head again, you reminded yourself that it is all over now.
"Well I'll help you assist her back to your guild hall."
"Thanks, much appreciated" Natsu said.
He then came over and helped you up. You put your arm around his neck and began to walk with him. Your legs still felt kind of wobbly, but you still walked. TJ pulled your other arm around her neck. You all made your way back to the guild hall. By then you felt much better.
You all walked inside.
Everyone turned their heads.
You walked away quickly and the rest of the gang but TJ followed.
Most of the men flocked to her.
"Oh, h-hi boys... You are so so kind..." She said anxiously.
"Enough!" Makarov shouted, "what can I do for you, young princess?"
"I-I'm not actually a princess, Makarov sir. I helped bring (Y/N) here. I was also, um, hoping that you would ally with Arched Feather."
"I will greatly consider it. I shall meet with Lizanne as soon as possible."
"Oh thank you very much, Master Makarov sir!"
"Of course! And what happened that made you have to escort miss (Y/N)?"
"Oh, she had a severe panic attack this afternoon."
The men turned their heads in your direction. You noticed before Natsu, but when he did, he held you close.
"Well Makarov, I shall see you another day. Goodbye everyone and thank you for your kindness."
"Why leaving so soon?" Wakaba pleaded.
"Yeah!" Most of the rest shouted.
"Sorry boys, but I don't think she's interested" Makarov said.
TJ waved to you and walked out.
You knew that she was a good person. You just wondered what her magic could be...
