Asami POV

I was so busy admiring the academy that I didn't notice a brunette girl walking towards me.

"Are you Asami Domen?" the brunette girl stared at me, expectantly.

"Um...yes and you are?" I bowed in politeness. She broke into a friendly smile.

"Hi! I'm Yuki Cross and I am the headmaster's daughter. Its a pleasure to meet you. You were suppose to see the headmaster first though. But, since your new, I'll escort you there and you can get settled in your dorm. Come on!"

She grabbed my hand and dragged me along.

"This girl seems friendly but too friendly. I'll keep an open eye on her." As she took me to a three stories building.

"This is the main building, where the headmaster's office is and the infirmary is as well." She explained as we walked on a few stairs. I nodded, observing.

Our footsteps echoed against the stairs and halls. Once we've made it to the highest floor, she led me to the corridor passing a few doors.

"Ok, this is the headmaster's office. So, do you have any questions?"

"What's with the armband?"

"Oh this? This is to show everybody that I'm on the Disciplinary Committee." Her eyes gleamed in pride and tugged her crest.

"Disci-plinary Comm-it-tee?" I raised my eyebrows in confusion.

"Well, I'm a guardian of this school. I do a lot of things, including helping new students or vistiors around campus. I have to keep order between the Day class and Night class. There's another person in the Disciplinary Committee but he's not the friendly type."

"Oh, interesting...Do fights happened between the Day and Night students?" I asked, eagerly.

"No, its  actually the opposite, the day class girls are fans of the night class students. So, its my duty to keep the day class under control."

"Hehe... Good to know." I nervously laughed. "Three seconds later, I'm already being warned about "those girls."

"Yes?" A man heard the door creak as Yuki, slowly, opened the door. "Oh, Yuki and Asami as well!" He greeted, delightedly.

"So, your Kazusa's student," he studied me carefully. I was little bit uncomfortable because I know that look from sensei. That's a guarded look but surprisingly its well hidden. "She talks very highly about you. So, there's no doubt that most of the vampires will recognize you. She even sent me an old picture of you when you were 8. And I must say...Your even cuter in person! You looked so cute in a cat onesie!" He pounced on me and nuzzles me to death. I tried struggling but yet again I'm defenseless when it comes to death hugs.

I stared at the picture he was waving. And I was embarrassed and furious. The photo was me at the age of 8 in a blue cat onesie. I had my hand covering my mouth and stared at the camera in curiosity.

"This is the legendary hunter that sensei mentioned? I'm not sure what humanity is coming to. At least, now I know who she was writing those letters to. Curse this child-like body!" She thought, sarcastically.

I looked at Yuki, mouthing, "Help me." She looked at me, feeling sorry I had go through this.

He finally stopped hugging me and went back to serious mode.

"I am so confused right now. Does this happen on a regular basis?"

"That aside, here's your uniform." He handed me a clothes sized, plastic bag , which contained my uniform.
