Heeeeeeeyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to add a random little Harry Potter related video from now on. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I almost laughed at Draco's face when Harry and Ron walked into breakfast. He had clearly expected them to be expelled. I didn't think something as minor as being out of bed after hours would get them expelled anyway.

By morning, Harry and Ron thought that meeting the three headed dog was a great adventure and wanted another one. I privately agreed with them but I'd never let Hermione know.

Harry filled me and Ron in about the package that seemed to have been moved from Gringotts to Hogwarts, and they spent a lot of time wondering what could possibly need such heavy protection.

"It's either really valuable or really dangerous," said Ron.

"Or both," said Harry.

I nodded.

But as all we knew for sure about the mysterious object was that it was about two inches long, they didn't have much chance of guessing what it was without further clues. I hoped we'd get some soon because I'm very nosy.

Neither Neville nor Hermione showed the slightest interest in what lay underneath the dog and the trapdoor which I found boring so I chatted to Harry and Ron.

All Neville cared about was never going near the dog again.

Hermione was now refusing to speak to Harry and Ron, but they said she was such a bossy know-it-all that they saw it as an added bonus. I scolded them for saying that and gave them each a clip round the ear.

All they really wanted now was a way of getting back at Draco and I thought that he deserved to have something done to him as revenge. To our delight, something arrived about a week later with the breakfast mail.

Everyone's attention was caught by two large parcels. Each held by six owls. I had an idea what they were and, unlike Harry, I wasn't surprised when they landed in front of us. A few days earlier, I had sent a letter to Remus asking him to send my broom and some money to pay for postage as hiring six owls wouldn't exactly be cheap.

Another owl dropped a letter on top of Harry's package.

Harry ripped open the letter first, which was lucky, because it said:

DO NOT OPEN THE PARCEL AT THE TABLE.

It contains your new Nimbus Two Thousand, but I don't want everybody knowing you've got a broomstick or they'll all want one. Oliver Wood will meet you tonight on the Quidditch field at seven o'clock for your first training session.

Professor McGonagall

I decided I better wait to open mine too.

"A Nimbus Two Thousand!" Ron moaned enviously. "I've never even touched one."

The three of us left the hall quickly, wanting to unwrap the broomsticks in private before our first class, but halfway across the entrance hall we found the way upstairs barred by Crabbe and Goyle. Draco seized the package from Harry and felt it. Then he grabbed mine and felt it too.

"They're broomsticks," he said, throwing them back at us with a mixture of jealousy and spite on his face. "You'll be in for it this time, Potter, first years aren't allowed them. Ruby, I'm surprised you'd rick getting sent back to those muggles you're always complaining about."

Ron couldn't resist it.

"It's not any old broomstick, Harry's got" he said, "it's a Nimbus Two Thousand. What did you say you've got at home, Malfoy, a Comet Two Sixty?"
