EC turned and walked off into another corner to set up what she needed for this to work, soon swallowed by the blackness.
Cassia raised her head quickly, all traces of pain gone. "You have to get me out of here, someone!" She called in a raised whisper, hoping someone would hear her. "I can't hold out for long, but I'll try... For whoever is out there." Hearing footsteps, she quickly resumed her broken stance, and awaited EC's return.
"ąγɛ ყơų γɛąɖყ ɬơ ɛҳ℘ɛγıɛŋ¢ɛ ℘ąıŋ ცɛყơŋɖ щɧąɬ ყơų ¢ơųιɖ ɛ۷ɛγ ıɱąɠıŋɛ?" EC hissed, the glint in her eye one of madness.
A hush fell over the entire room suddenly, and tall walls of smooth steel appeared around Cassia. "ɛŋʝơყ ყơųγ ʂıιɛŋ¢ɛ, ¢ąʂʂıą." The last words were a chuckle as EC walked away. _______________________________________
