I couldn't have been asleep for two weeks. Just yesterday I went live on Instagram. Or was it today? I don't know. All I know for sure is that I wanna talk to Johnny and tell him that I want to be with him no matter what. I was just about to text him when I hear ambulances outside.
"I'll go tell them you're awake now." Mom says and runs out the door and Dad follows.
"Maddie, I don't want to go to the hospital. I'm fine!" I scream
"You still have to do some tests to make sure you're okay." Maddie says
"I feel perfectly fine!" I say... I have a huge fear of the hospital. It scares me. So many people die in there. Everytime I go I feel like I have a disease or something.
"Look Kenz, I know you're not a fan of the doctors office but I promise I'll be with you the entire time. I won't leave your side." Maddie says
I nod. That makes me feel a little better.
"This stuff on my wrist and my head is really itchy." I say scratching my wrist.
Maddie laughs. "Come on, let's go outside and talk to the paramedics."
I smile and we both walk outside. I have a little limp when I walk but other than that I'm fine!
A doc walks up to me. "How are you feeling Mackenzie?"
"I feel fine." I say
"That's good, I think we'll still have to take some blood tests." The doc says.
"Like... Needle related blood tests." I say. I HATE NEEDLES.
"Yes, but it won't hurt." The doc says.
I am not going to get any kind of blood taken... "No... I don't want to have blood tests."
"I'm sorry Mackenzie. You'll have to wether you like it or not." Doc says
"Not! I don't like it and im not going!" I say and start walking back to the house. Maddie grabs my arm.
"Kenz, remember I'll be with you the whole way to the hospital and while you're tested." Maddie tells me.
I nod even though I'm still not fond of this.
"Maddie, tell Johnny and Lauren to come to the hospital." I say and she nods
