Gosh. Mackenzie looks absolutely amazing!
We walk into Starbucks with our hands intertwined. We walk up to the counter. We say what we want and I hand the man the money and we get our drinks and sit down.
"So Johnny, what movie are we seeing?" Mackenzie asks
Depends on what movie Mackenzie wants to see." I say
"Hmmm... How about... The Book Of Henry? I haven't seen it yet and my sister is in it so I feel bad that I haven't watched it." Mackenzie says.
"The Book Of Henry it is!" I say smiling
A waiter comes over to us with a vase of roses.
"Mackenzie Ziegler? This is for you." The waiter says
"Um. Who's it from?" Kenzie asks
"I don't know. Look at the card." The waiter puts the flowers on the table and walks away.
I look at the roses. I grab the card and read it aloud.
"These flowers remind me of you and your beautiful smile. -unknown." I read
"What?" Mackenzie grabs the card out of my hand. She reads over it.
"Is this a joke? Someone sends roses to you while your on a date. that's how you get into a fight." I say
"I don't have any idea of who these would be from." Kenzie says
I call the waiter who delivered the flowers over.
"What." He says
"Who told you to give these to Kenzie?" I ask
"I can't say. They told me not too." The waiter says
"Who sent these?" I ask again
"I said that I can't say." The waiter says
"Johnny, just ignore it. It might have just been some fans that saw us come in here." Kenzie says
I nod "Okay. You ready for that movie?"
She smiles. "Yep."
We walk out leaving the roses on the table. I take one last look around Starbucks then follow Mackenzie.
