05. He's Home

"Aren't you cold?" I looked at Taehyung who's sitting on the bed comfortably before smiling.

"A bit, but I need to finish this."
⠀
"You've been in front of your computer for about 3 hours, come here quick, I miss you~" He said while making a kissy face which make me chuckled.

"Miss me? Why?"
⠀
"I miss the feeling of holding you in my arms, baby bear." I slightly blushed and awkwardly cleared my throat before focusing on doing work, and after a while, I stretched my body and can feel my back starting to hurt.

But thank god, I finished the work already so I can rest now. I clicked on the save button before closing all the programs and shut down the computer.

"You've done with your work? Finally!" I just laughed at his childish action, my boyfriend is almost 22 but he's still young at heart. But I'm not complaining because he look very cute.

"Yes Taehyung, I'm done."
⠀
I lie down on the bed, feeling slightly tired and closed my eyes before I feel something on my lips. Soft, wait, is this Taehyung's lips? I opened my eyes and see Taehyung giggled before start to kissing me all over my face, making me smiled widely.

He kissed my lips again, before he pull me closer to him.

"Jagiya,"

"Yes,"

"Rest your head on my chest."
⠀
"Why?"

"I want to be romantic, come on," I just rested my head on his chest, and he intertwine our fingers together before he kissed on top of my forehead. He pull the blanket up until my neck, keeping both of us warm in this cold end of winter night.

"Do you want to hear a bedtime story, baby bear?"
⠀
"That's sounds good too, what kind of bedtime story will you tell me?"

"A true love story?"
⠀
"Like Cinderella ones?" He shake his head.
⠀
"No, it's our love story."
⠀
"You're being cheesy, aren't you Kim Taehyung?"
⠀
"No I'm not. It's true, you're my true love." He said huskily which make me blushed immediately, and I pulled the blanket to cover my red face.

"My baby bear, are you blushing? You know I love your red face, don't try to hide it."
⠀
"Why are you trying to be cheesy? It's not good for my heart, it's keep racing," He gently push me down and make me lie my head on his arm, while I tightly grip onto the blanket, not letting him to see my red face.

"Being with you isn't good for my heart either, it's making my heart beat become wild. Can you hear it?"

Both of us fell into a deep silence, and I can clearly heard his heartbeat sounds. And he takes that chance to pull down the blanket, revealing my red face which make he chuckled.

"Hey my baby bear."

"Hm?" He rested his forehead on mine, our nose slightly brushing each other.
⠀
"I'm glad that I have you,"
⠀
"I'm glad that I have you too,"
⠀
"You know, because of you, I don't have to eat outside since you'll cook for me. Because of you, I don't have to turn on the heater during cold days because I can stay warm while cuddling with you," He smiled before pecked my lips.

"I'm grateful to have you in my life, cheering me up when I'm down, always comforts me when I need it." He run his fingers through my hair, before closing his eyes. "I love you, my baby bear. And I truly mean it. I can't afford to lose you, and I want to be your last. I want to spend the rest of my life together with you."

I smiled before slightly pinching his fluffy cheek, making he opened his eyes.

"I love you too, Kim Taehyung. I don't want to lose you either, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you too."

He smiled before pecking my lips once again. "And that's how your bedtime story ends."

"Wait, that's a story?" He shows me his rectangular smile before nodded. "What kind of story is that?"

"Don't you like it?"

"It sounds weird." He pouted cutely. "But I like it,"
⠀
"Of course it's weird, it's our bedtime story. It can change depends on time, situation and etc. And it's different from any bedtime story, it's only for you." I couldn't help to not smile again.

"Since the bedtime story ended, we should sleep." He lie down his head on his pillow and put one of his arms to my waist, holding me in his warm and secured embrace.

"How about lullaby song?"

"Do you need one, baby bear? My heartbeat sound isn't a lullaby song for you?" I giggled before shaking my head and buried my face on his chest.

"Sleep tight, my love."
⠀
"Sweet dreams, Kim Taehyung."
⠀
"Dreams of me, only me." I looked at him.
⠀
"Are you going to be jealous if there's someone else in my dream?"
⠀
"Of course, how can my girlfriend dream about someone else besides his boyfriend,"

I laughed, and he kissed my forehead.

"You're mine, one and only. So dream about your handsome boyfriend, and got to sleep now. Goodnight, baby bear."
