35. His Proposal

Days and time always passed faster whenever you enjoy something or do something you like with people you love. That's what happening in your holyday with Taehyung.

It feels like just yesterday when both of you heading out from town for short escape. His family welcome you and treat you well. Both of you enjoy the nature and take a lot of photos.

In evening, Taehyung will bring you along with his two younger sibling to grocery or just walking to some nearby carnival. Another day, he will just ask you to sneak out in the middle of the night for some midnight walk and stargazing in his favorite spot.

He will randomly pull you to some small stall of street food and feed you, the other time he will just put some hair accessories on your hair, and praise how beautiful you are with it or take picture if you with his polaroid cameras and giggles to himself.

The last night before you go back to Seoul, he told you something before drift off to sleep.

"Next time we came here, you must call me 'hubby' already."

You were flustered, but since he was spooning you, you keep quiet and try hard to fall a sleep, hoping he wouldn't ask about it.

Next day, you get prepared to go back to Seoul. Taehyung had some few more fansigns, and since you still had your days off, he insist to keep you near him everywhere he went to.

Not that you complaint, you love being with him and seeing him for all day.

Yeah, Taehyung become such a clingy boyfriend everytime he had chance. Everything was just cute and sweet, until your last day off coming.

Today is your last day off and tomorrow you have to get back to work. So you were hoping to spend more time with Taehyung, since he also done wrapping up his promotion, but he can't make it.

You found a sticky note right beside you where Taehyung supposed to lay on. Pouting, you grab your phone and chat him.

'Why you didn't woke me up before you left? ㅠㅠ take care and eat on time baby lion.' you sent before let out a long disappointed sigh.

Doesn't he knew that today is your last day off?

Let out another sigh, you tried to contact Hana, Dahye and Hyurae, but none of them are available. You tossed your phone away before heading to shower. Today is going to be the worst day, you thought.

You were having everything plan on to spent your whole day with Taehyung for the last day, but what you didnt figure out is you didn't ask him if he had schedule or not.

It was around lunch time, and you were planning to skip lunch since you don't have appetite to cook at all, but then just like destiny, a beep coming from your phone.

'Baby bear, don't skip your lunch as well! I'll take you out tonight for dinner, get yourself ready! Tonight, 7PM. It will be a very special dinner<3'

Your mood boosted up in seconds. Taehyung really never fails to lift up your mood. Smiling cheekily, you reply him.

That evening, you took bath earlier than usual so you'll get enough time to get ready. What do you mean get ready isn't about the make up, you're not a pro in make up, but you were very picky about fashion.

Taehyung didn't tell you the details for the place, so you have to choose randomly. At the end, you choose a simple yet classically chic and elegant knee-length white dress. It was kind of semi-formal dress with a delicate lace overlays to cover it.

"You looked extra feminine with this dress." Taehyung once said when you wore this dress with him to an event.

In next minutes, you got phonecall from Jimin.

"Yeah, Jimin?"

"Yoonji, I'm down here, in lobby. Taehyung asked me to pick you."

"Don't worry, he's okay. Just come down okay?" He chuckles, maybe noticing your worries tone.

"Alright. I'll be there soon."

Once you get into the car, you quickly start to interrogate him.

"Where is Taehyung? I thought you were with Hyurae?" you asked and Jimin just chuckles before start driving to only God-know-where.

"Easy, Yoonji-ah. Hyurae is somewhere and so does Taehyung. Don't worry, you'll meet him soon."

"Fine. But he never did something like this, I mean why he asked you to pick me up? Can't you tell me, Jimin-ah?" you tried to use aegyo on Jimin, and like usual he will just laugh cutely.

"Don't try me, only Hyurae's aegyo works on me Yoonji-ah." He said while you just pouting, give up, knowing he won't spill anything.

"Go go go. Take the elevator, 7th floor, room 710. He's waiting. This is the card key." Jimin pulled up in a parking area of one of the most biggest hotel in Seoul.

"T-there? B-but, why?" you were still confused, but Jimin just smile and get out from the car, and go to your side before open the car door for you.

"Just go and you'll find your answer there." He said and gently pull you to the elevator. "Enjoy!"

With confused stares, you just follow what Jimin said and heading to the 7th floor. While waiting in the elevator, you keep biting your lower lips. Nervous. Worried. Confused. Your heart was beating fast.

The elevator's sound surprised you because you were drowning in your own thoughts, then you walked out and try to find the room. 710. Once you found it, you took a deep breathe before unlock the door with the card key that Jimin gave you earlier.

It was... dark? No?

"Baby bear, come in." you heard his voice.

"Yeee~" you replied before get in.

Taehyung standing near by the balcony door with a white suit as well, wow both of your mind are really connected to each other. Unlike his other usual casual oversize shirt, this one is wrapping his proportional body well, showing his broader shoulder perfectly.

"What is all of this, Tae?" you asked as soon as possible, you need an answer.

"Surprise!" He pull you closer before hugging you. "Sorry baby bear, I was out whole day to prepare this for you."

"W-why out of sudden? It's not my birthday?" you parting the hug, but he still keep you in closer gap.

"I don't need any special event to pull a surprise for you, baby bear. I prepare everything you love today, your favorite food, Italian Chicken Steak with extra fries special for you, your favorite Lychee Ice Tea with extra Lychee, and Strawberry Yogurt for the deserts with extra strawberries! Look!" He pull you to the balcony where he already set up the dinner table with a fascinating night view of the Seoul city.

"And of course, your favorite person, Kim Taehyung, your amazing boyfriend, with extra kisses." He added smoothly and pull you to a soft yet sweet kiss before you can say anything.

"How about that one?" you asked after parting from the sweet kiss and pointing at the corner where he set up a comfy big sofa with beautiful lights decorating above it.
