Twelve stepped out of the TARDIS, and spotted him immediately, which wasn't hard. The man wore a bow tie and suspenders, and was bouncing a soccer ball on his knee.
"One thousand and eleven, one thousand and twelve..."
"Hello."
Eleven jumped, making the ball fall on the ground. "Hello!" He said, way to excitedly. "Who are you?"
Without an answer, Twelve punched Eleven, knocking him out. He smiled at his work, then dragged him to the TARDIS.
Inside, he tied him securely to the railing, and then flew the TARDIS to find Ten.
