The Plan

The Rebellion had called Ahsoka and Rex in to form a plan to get Arena back. Ezra was still saddened over Arena being kidnapped by the Empire. He knew what they did to people. Ahsoka and Rex had arrived they both looked a little sleep-deprived.

"Alright, So this is where you and Arena landed, right Ahsoka?" Hera said, pulling up a hologram picture of the Imperial Complex and pointing to the landing platform. Ahsoka just nodded sadly.

"Alright. Here's the plan. Kanan and Rex, you will dress as stormtroopers and ask around to where Arena is. Once you find out, try to get into the room and sneak her out. If someone asks, just say Vader wanted to change her room. Clear?" Hera said sternly to both of them. They nodded to eachother.

Despite their diffrences, Kanan wanted to do everything to get Arena back. He wouldn't know what to do if he lost his child, if he ever had one.....

Kanan and Rex were about to depart to the Empire. They promised everyone they would get Arena back safely. Hera and Kanan were saying their goodbyes when Rex walked up to Ahsoka.

"I Promise I'll get our Princess back....."  Rex said, grazing his hand over her cheek. She closed her eyes and gave a fake grin. "I Know you will....."  They put their foreheads together. Ahsoka gave one last sad grin and walked away to her quarters. Rex and Kanan flew the ship to the Empire....

Arena yawned out of utter exhaustion. She was in an Imperial room and truthfully, it wasn't comfortable at all.

She started to cry a little. Her parents weren't coming for her.......

Her Ez-Bug wasn't coming for her.....

She was alone.......

She tossed and turned in her bed trying to get comfortable, while staring at the door. Hoping to the Force that nobody would interupt her trying to sleep. She just wanted her Mom...... Then she did something Ezra showed her. She stared at a pen on the nightstand.

She took a little breath in and exhaled, closed her eyes tightly. She opened them and gasped.

The pen was floating!! She thought only Ez-Bug and her Mom could to that!!! She grinned the widest grin and shrieked.

Maybe she can get one of those glowsticks now!!!! "I'm going to put Stars on it!!!!" She thought. She fell asleep, dreaming of being a Jedi.

Rex and Kanan had just arrived at the Empire in their stormtrooper armour that didn't fit either of them. They made their way into the Empire. Kanan and Rex went their separate ways in search of Arena.

They had secret coms to call eachother if either of them found her.

Rex went down a hall that didn't have Arena there.

But Kanan went down the hallway she was in. Unfortunately, neither of them knew that.

Kanan was about to com Rex that it was dead end. When he sensed something. The door next to him. There was a force signature. He immediately opened the door.

There Arena was. Sleeping soundly with a little grin signaling she was having a good dream.

Kanan picked her up and luckily she didn't wake up. He made his way to the ship outside. He got some questions from the stormtroopers but used Jedi mind tricks on them

He finally made it to the ship. He layed Arena down lightly on a board with a pillow on it.

He called Rex "Hey, Rex. I got Arena right now we can leave." He said with a grin. Rex said " Thanks Kanan. I'm coming there right now." He thought he shut off the com.

But Kanan heard Rex crying out of happiness with her being found.

Rex was sitting next to Arena and holding her hand while Kanan was flying the ship.

Arena made a little noise. Rex immediately turned to her. "Princess? Are you ok?" She opened her eyes and rubbed them, yawning. When she fully opened them, she recognized her dad.

"Dada!!" She said jumping into Rex's arms and hugging him. He hugged back with tears in his eyes.

Kanan heard and grinned and put the ship on autopilot and walked back there.

"Hey, Kid. You didn't hurt anyone, did you?" Kanan said, leaning back against the side of the door.

"Uncle Kanan!" She said, running up to kanan with her arms out. He laughed and kneeled down and hugged her.

"Oh! I have something to show you both!" Arena said.

"What is it, Princess?" Rex said, picking her up. "I need something small." She said. Rex thought for a minute. Then he snapped his fingers. "Got it!" He said, putting her down and and going into the back.

"It's something Ez-Bug and Mommy do alot!!" She said, hopping up and down. Kanan had an idea it was the Force. But it most likely wasnt. If she was, she was a very rare child.

"Here you go, Princess." Rex said, walking in and handing her a bottle cap.

"Thanks, Dada!!" She put the bottle cap down and shut her eyes tightly. After about a minute, it did exactly what she wanted it to do.

It levitated to about her height. Kanans jaw dropped. Rex wasn't force sensitive,  but Ahsoka was. This was extraordinary.

Rex put a hand over his mouth and a small tear went down his face. His daughter....was force sensitive....

"A-Arena! You.....you have the force!....." Kanan said. She opened her eyes and it was still floating. She squealed and ran into the back room screaming "Yay!!!" at the top of her lungs.

Rex and Kanan just stared at eachother.

The ship had just landed at the Rebellion. Ahsoka immediately turned to it. She was beyond scared.

The door opened. And Arena came running out. "Mama!!!" She said running to Ahsoka. Ahsoka sighed in relief and started tearing up. She ran to Ahsoka and she hugged her daughter and picked her up and kissed her on the head. She put her back down.

"Are you ok, Ladybug?" She said with her voice breaking from crying. "Yeah, I'm ok! I can tell you about it but I can do what you and Ez-Bug can do!!!" She said with a smile. Ahsoka tilted her head and wiped her tears. "What do you mean, baby?" She sat, petting her daughter's hair.

Arena bit her bottom lip. "Dada! I need the cap!" She said turning to her Dad, who already had the cap ready.

She put it down as Ahsoka stared at Rex who smiled and mouthed "Just watch." With a grin. She was kinda scared that she knew what it was.

Arena did the exact same thing she did on the ship. Ahsoka's eyes widened as she stood up and put a hand over her mouth and she started crying out of happiness.

Her daughter.....had....the force. She hugged Rex with tears in her eyes. Ezra was utterly shocked. He ran over to Arena who was smiling with her hands clasped.

"Arena! Y....You did it!!" Ezra said, with his hand on her shoulder.

"I did, Ez-Bug, I did!!" She said laughing and jumping. He looked to Ahsoka who was leaning up against a crate and crying and smiling. Arena ran to her room screaming "I DID IT!!!"
