Pretty Hair and Pretty Face

The morning started very early for Arena Tano. She had extreme trouble falling asleep and staying like that.

She couldn't stop thinking about that stupid mission, why did it have to happen today?! Of all days, It had to be on her favorite day, The start of Winter? !

She heard her mom's alarm go off as she felt a tear go down her face. Her mom was leaving soon, and she wasn't too happy about it.

Arena got out of her bed slowly and quietly, feeling dread and sadness wash over her.

She was told that today a new family was coming to join the Rebellion and they have a little boy her age, but she didn't really care right now.

She tried to perk up and dance around but nothing seemed to help. She groaned as she walked out of her purple and Galaxy themed room.

She walked the halls of the Rebellion with her little feet tapping slightly on the cold ground

"I should have put my Pwerple boots on." She thought.

She walked to the front meeting area where her mother was looking at a hologram of mission blueprints. Ahsoka grinned at her little girl.

"Hey baby, what are you doing up so early?" She said, walking over and picking her up.

"I wanted to see the Snow early in the morning!!" She lied. Ahsoka widened her eyes, raising her brow a bit to show she didn't believe her.

Arena sighed. "Fine, I couldn't sleep because I don't want you to go on that stupid mission!!" She yelled, crossing her arms as Ahsoka set her down.

"Getting your Terrible 2's at 3, I see?"

Arena stopped her foot and groaned then it went silent for a minute.

Arena looked up to her mom with a pouty face.

"I'm sowwy." She whispered. Ahsoka scoffed then crouched down and held her hand.

"Ladybug, Don't be sorry. I'm not mad at you. I never am. I just have a fear of the unknown, ok?" Ahsoka softly spoke.

"What's that?" Arena said, tilting her head to the left.

"That's when you don't really know what's going to happen and sometimes, you don't want to find out something or do something because you're scared."

"Mommy, you get scared?!" Arena said like it was some sort of suprise.

Ahsoka laughed. "Baby, I get scared alot. Just nobody realizes it."

Arena nodded and hugged her mom.

"I'm going to miss you."

Ahsoka shut her eyes in sadness.

Ahsoka pulled back from the hug and wiped her eyes quickly and stood up.

"Alright! Hey Arena, We got that family coming today and they have a little boy." Ahsoka said, saying "Boy" singsongy.

"Mommy!!, Ew!" Arena yelled. Ahsoka laughed.

"You never know, Ladybug!" Ahsoka said, grinning at the thought of how her and Rex even ended up getting together.

"Stop!!!!" Arena said running out of the room.

"Aw! You already like him!!" Ahsoka shouted as she ran away.

Arena screeched.

Ahsoka laughed uncontrollably as she went back to looking at the mission plans.
