He's not that bad

Chapter 7

Y/N POV

After a peaceful recharge I get up from my berth and stretch out my muscles. Then I start to head out to the rec-room to get my morning energon . As I head to the rec-room I don't see very many decepticons awake that's when I look at the time and see that it's only 5:00am . So I'm probably the only one up besides maybe a few other cons. As I continue my way to the rec room I see the doors and open them when I look inside there are four Veicons, Megatron, knock out, and of course Starscream. Megatron is the first to greet me " oh Good morning Y/N , I did not expect You to be up this early but no matter come grab some energon and join me" I nod and grab my energon and return to sit and refuel with megatron.after a few questions and small conversation megatron then looks at me seriously and then speaks " y/n on your mission today I want you to be careful around Starscream he is been known to be a treacherous and greedy Mech if anything goes wrong I want you to contact me or soundwave can you do that for me" he asks pleadingly I respond " yes if he tries to do anything I'll tell you immediately and I may take off his helm!" I say seriously with some amusement. He then smiles gently and sighs " y/n what would I do without you here?" "Probably terminate starsceam hehehe" I laugh lightly " oh don't worry your not stopping me from doing that primus knows why I haven't yet" he says happily. Right then a raspy voice cuts in " I am glad that my termination brings you joy master and Y/N are these normal things you talk about over morning energon or are you two feeling extra morbid today"Megatron's face grows sour very quickly he clenches his servos tightly then glares daggers at starscream."I think it would be in your best interests to keep your self in line don't you agree starscream, cause as you said I might be feeling a bit morbid today" Megatron says trying his best to be calm I know because he doesn't want to see him get angry and mean, I love megatron very much but he is a very scary mech when he's angry. "Well this is new megatron trying to be calm instead of lashing out and beating anyone in his path, is it because of the femme , has the all mighty megatron become soft spot for a weak ugly femme?" He asks with a mocking tone . Before Megatron or starscream could utter a word I jumped at starscream and grabbed him by the tip of his wings tightly and he yelled in pain. I then turned to Megatron and said "I shall return please do wait for me I will only be a few minutes please stay here okay? I said in a strained happy voice Megatron then smiled evilly at starscream and nodded to me sweetly then said " take all the time you need I'll wait for you right here".I then proceeded to drag starscream just outside the rec-room and then let go of him once we were alone then said " Are you TRYING to get yourself terminated!!?"I look at him sternly. "No of course not " he said defensively I reply" then WHY are you making fun of me and MEGATRON!!!" I yell angry "I thought it would ruin your morning and I hate megatron " he said venomously "I just saved aft again your welcome !" " it's not like I won't get beat sometime today , you are just prolonging it" he said gloomly ." Well maybe if you keep your mouth shut you wouldn't get beat!" " IT DOESN'T MATTER !!! Everything I do is a mistake in his optics and all I am is useless, unworthy, stupid, idiot need I go on!!!"he said angrily but a small bit of depression in his voice. " what do you mean starscream?" I ask generally concerned and curious. " N-nothing just forget what I said !" He said embarrassed he turns his back to me and starts to walk away. When I grab his shoulder plate  " Starscream please tell me are you okay ??" I say softly as to not be mean to him. I was concerned about him I know how megatron can be and I know he can be hard on cybertronians . I don't want starscream to get in trouble if he wasn't in the wrong " he pulls away quickly and harshly and sneers " Why should I tell you anything , anything I do tell you would be told straight to megatron , don't use your beauty to get in my head cause THAT WONT WORK!!" He exclaimed.He then storms off and I just stand there and think .
Did starscream just say I was beautiful!?! Why would he think that ,he wishes for me to join the all spark. So why would he call ME a beauty!?!? He hates me right!?
These thoughts lingered in my helm as I walked back into the Rec-room to finish my energon and finish up with megs . After that I head to the ground bridge to see where we are headed to for my mission today. I then see soundwave at his computer screen working away but he sees me and gives me a slight nod of recognition, then starts to type again. I then see in the far corner of the room I see no other than starscream he is all hunched over and looking miserable.But he looks to be distracted by something, maybe I should ask him about it when we go on our mission !
After that thought soundwave calls both starscream and I over to the bridge to give us our mission. Okay starscream time to see you at work, let's see what your hiding under that ruggedly handsome face plate of yours. Well on with our mission let's see what's in store!!!!!!
