'Ouch.'

Alithea's eyes didn't open, in fact, her eyes felt so heavy to be opened.

Alithea could feel her head throbbing so loud as she shuts her eyes tighter.

"Are you sure, Rose, that Elijah wanted both of them?" a distant British voice asks his accomplice as he looks at Alithea's body before looking back at the shorter dark haired vampire.

"Yes Trevor, I heard that he wants the other girl as well." another British voice said, but this time was Rose.

"Better not be a rumor, Rose," the man pauses just as Alithea found the strength to peel her eyes open, "Elijah will kill us if we made this mistake." A man with longer dark brown hair growls at the woman who stood next to him, neither of them was looking at the girls.

"It's not a rumor, I heard from Alexander who heard from Nessa that heard for others that Elijah saw the picture of the girls and he couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the doppelgänger's sister. He just said he wanted to see her and her sister, and that's it. So we'll hand them off, and we'll be free," Rose ends with a hint of a smile, she looks relieved for some reason.

Alithea was trying to make sense of things, like for instance, where is she and who is this Elijah person.

Without lifting her head, she moves her eyes around the room. The walls were old and cracking; windows were almost entirely boarded up; the room was on the darker side, but Alithea could still see the two people.

Alithea remembers what happened, remembers the man who was on the front porch, but the man several feet away from her wasn't the same man.

'Why did I open that door' Alithea scolded herself.

"Look, Trevor, she's awake,"

Alithea gaps as her eyes shot open and the male vampire flashes forward, and Alithea was able to see that he has a sharp and pointy chin and light facial hair, "What's so important about you?" the man snarls and Alithea felt her body flinch away and further into the couch.

"Please, I don't know what you're talking about?" Alithea stutters out; her eyes grew wet as she chews on her bottom lip in fear.

The female rolls her eyes "Trevor, you're scaring her," Rose pushes Trevor away from the couch which both Alithea and Elena, who was still unconscious from Rose slapping her, laid.

"Go," The woman barks, and after a staring contest, Trevor backs away from the youngest and flash away.

Alithea's eyes widen in panic at this point; she mumbles out a "Vampire," and Rose found herself smirking "Familiar with the supernatural already huh?" Rose raises an eyebrow.

"Please," Alithea sniffles as she saw Rose rolls her dark eyes, "Don't worry, I'm not the one you should fear," Rose flashes an eerie smile before flashing away.

A shaky sigh left Alithea's mouth, and that's when Alithea's pushes up and removes her legs from the old couch and sat up.

She found herself stretching, and when she cracks her neck, her eyes went wide when she saw who else was on the sofa.

"Lena" she breathes out, her throat went dry when she saw the blood that was on Elena's pink shirt.

"Elena" Alithea reaches out and shook her sister, but she didn't wake, but she did let out a few grunts, making Alithea's heart calm down just a little bit.

Just then, Alithea's eyebrows knits together,

"Are you sure, Rose, that Elijah wanted both of them?" What Trevor said played on a loop inside Alithea's mind.
