Forward flashing to the past
Don't hold back the past I ask
I'm swinging back and forth
She's heading to the north
Floating farther away
Why can't you stay
I'm still learning to love myself
As you love someone else
But I love your flaws
Why can't you pause
And press rewind
Ourselves we find
Without you I'm a mess
I felt the stress and all regrets
But I put my happiness in act
It's all a show and that's a fact
And sleep envelops me
My dreams disagree
And my body feels you gone
But my mind is somewhere else
