"Hera." Samuel said then gave me a hug.

I hugged him back.

"Congratulations to us. We made it!" He said again.

"I know right. It's like were just practicing before, and now we are declared as the winner!" I replied with glee.

"Hera.. would you mind to go out for dinner tonight? My treat." He asked

"Of course! Why not? We need to celebrate after all!" I said then we both smiled.

We are going back to our school right now. We are riding our school van. It's already 4:30 in the afternoon. We are just going to fix our things there, then we will go home right away.

Finally we're at school already. We rushed to the dance room then get our things. I already changed my attire since picture taking is already over.

"Let's go!" He said as I put my towel inside my bag.

"Let's go!" I replied then he intertwined his hand with mine. I'm not surprised though.

We quietly walked home. Enjoying the fresh breeze of the air.

"So I'll pick you up around 6:30." He said

"Sure!" I replied as I waved him good bye.

I went home. I am all alone. My parents wasn't able to watch the competition because they're out of the country for some business purposes.

I sighed as walked towards my closet.

"What should I wear?" I said to myself.

I took out all my dress and tried them while seeing how I look in the mirror. I spent 30 minutes for that. Well, I already found a perfect dress for me. I picked the white knee length offshoulder. Simplicity is beauty.

I took a bath for 5 minutes then I dressed up. I applied a pressed powder to my cheeks and forehead and eyebrow pencil just to form my eyebrows.

Exactly 6:30 pm, Samuel arrived. He is wearing a white longsleeve that was tucked-in inside his slacks. Why are we so formal by the way? Haha.

"So, where are we going to have our dinner?" I asked

"To my favorite place." He said.

Favorite place? I've never know about that. He didn't tell me about it.

"Ok." I replied

The car stopped and parked. This isn't a restaurant. This place.....
I remembered something with this place...

"Sammy-ya!" Hera shouted.

"Stop shouting I am just beside you!" Young Samuel said

"When I grow up, and found the one that I love, I would like to stay with him here. We will have a picnic everytime and watch the fireworks all night." The girl said happily

"Stop telling me your pabo thoughts!  Hera-ya!" He said

"Why not? How about you?" Small Hera asked her bestfriend

"Me? Just like you, I will ask the girl that I love 'will you be my girlfriend' here." The young boy replied

"She's so lucky then?" The young me replied then the both of us laughed.

I smiled while I reminisce all our childhood memories here.

"Where are we going to  but the food? There are no food stalls here." I said

"I cooked the food. They're inside the car." He said

"So you planned to eat here? I missed this place." I said.

"Me too." He replied and went to the car to get the foods.

We are going to have a picnic. He turned on the solar powered lamp then started to spread the cloth. Then put the containers in it.

"Let's eat!" He said then we sat.

We started eating. The foods were very delicious. It was the first time that I tasted the food he cooked. He doesn't like cooking so I can see how effort he exerted for these foods.

"Samuel, thank you for the foods! It is very delicious." I said

"Really? He asked

"For real!" I replied

"It means I can marry already." He said then he laughed.

"Look at the stars.. they are beautiful!" I said while being amazed

"The city lights are also perfect, reflecting on the sea." I said again.

"What is more beautiful than you?" He said.

"Heh!" I replied.

"Hera... Would you mind to stand up?" He said.

Then I immediately stood up.

Then he pulled me closer..

Then kissed my forehead..

Then slowly pressed his lips with mine.
