"We will be having a company meeting tonight. Be here at the conference room around 6:00 pm." Mr. Kang said as my make up artist is fixing my eye shadow.
"Yes sir." I replied. I will be having a performance later. I am not that nervous anymore. I'm in this industry for 1 and a half year already and there's no need for me to feel conscious.
After my performance I changed into my normal clothes and washed off my make up. I'm going out for lunch, by myself. I went to a library cafe. When I'm stressed out I usually go to that and read some books, making sure that no one would recognize me. I'm good at hiding and I changed a lot.
I ordered my favorite cake and drink. And I scanned the book that I am reading. I read random stuffs. Reading has became my friend and companion when I'm alone.
After I finished my meal, I went to the dorm to take a nap. I am exhausted and tired. I alarmed my phone 5:00 pm.

6:00 pm. We were all gathered at the conference room. The CEO and my manager was there.
"So, what we'll be talking about this time is some collaboration with another company." the CEO said.
"They need us and we need them. It is a give and take. Hera, since your fame is rising we need you to collaborate with someone who's in the same status as you. By that way, we can assure that this company's label will be known as well as the other company. Not only that but the artists as well will benefit this." He explained.
"But what about the shares?" Mr. Kang said.
"Of course, it's an equal share. If we'll do it then it means that we took the risk. But failing without doing anything is much more unacceptable than failing trying everything. The other company already agreed with this matter. Shall we take the risk or not?" the CEO continued.
Everyone agreed.
"Hera, you can do it alone and we believe that you can do this again. Just show them your style and adjust everything you must adjust." Mr. Kang said. I nodded in response.
This industry is really complicated. Nothing works without giving and taking. I am just glad that they're managing the company well as well as the artists.
"We will be having another meeting tomorrow with the CEO of Dim Entertainment tomorrow. And I almost forgot that you'll be meeting the artist tomorrow Hera."
The meeting ended and i'm off to the practice room. This routine of mine never ends. And I'm pretty well used to it.
