"So...what do you think we should do Kuzo?" Zein asked, staring at his friend. He hoped he'd be able to come up with some way out of this, but the man wasn't really willing to think of others. Kuzo was an abnormal too, so his mental state wasn't exactly stable-none of them were. The serum didn't really work right for them, so it did have some bad side effects. It would usually filter out all other emotions, but abnormals could feel all emotions. This made it difficult to control them, so Hirogan locked them up, seeing that as the only logical option.

"If they find out my fence's broken, they'll kill me too....I mean, they'd know I went out. Why would anyone break it if they weren't gonna leave? But like...I'm not positive though. Maybe they'd think I was too afraid to try it, since I'd literally die if I did it wrong," Kuzo said, frowning, "I mean...I'd say we should run if I knew for sure that they'd kill us...but I guess we should go anyway since we'll most likely be killed just for trying it. That seems like the only option right now."

"Yeah, you're probably right," Zein agreed, looking down at his hands. How the hell are we gonna run away? They'll know we're all gone...and Hirogan basically took over the world..Exactly how important would it be to catch a couple abnormals anyway? He thought, hoping they'd just give up on it since it was only a few people. Maybe they'd fix the way they were containing them since that would fix the problem. It wouldn't kill them to have a few people in the world that could feel any emotion, it's not like you couldn't just classify them by their core emotion. That would control their mindset the most anyhow.

"We could check the news tomorrow and see what they're up to. I mean, we're all screwed if they up the security here. We wouldn't be able to get to the others," Kuzo said, frowning. This kind of shocked Zein since Kuzo's mind didn't really care too much about other people. He barely ever said anything that showed an ounce of care for someone else. I guess you'd have to care if you knew anyone though, since abnormals are basically alone their entire life unless they find a way to break out.

"Alright. Well, maybe we should go now. They can't bring too many people down here right now anyway, right? They only found me out about an hour ago," Zein suggested. He didn't like the idea of running into a guard with some pretty high-tech gear, but the man was slowed down by a short 40-year-old woman and a door, so he couldn't possibly be that good at apprehending criminals.

"Zein, no. I'm not here to help you with some sort of suicide mission. How the hell are we supposed to beat one of the guards without any type of weapon? What if he catches us?" Kuzo asked, annoyance clear in his tone. "Jeez, why did you have to go and talk to your parents? I've had every opportunity to, and I haven't even done that because I know that it might screw everyone else over. I'm the one who's not supposed to care, but it seems like I'm the only one who does."

"I'm sorry, okay! I know it was selfish, but nobody would've found out of my dumbass of a father didn't have to tell the freaking government about it!" Zein yelled, standing up. Why the fuck am I asking him? I'll just do it myself, screw him. If he wants to stay behind and die he can be my guest, I don't give a fuck anymore. Zein thought, storming to the door.

"Zein? Where're you going?" Kuzo asked, following him.

"Where the fuck do you think I'm going? I already told you, we need to go now. If we don't-well-I don't know what they'd do to us, okay? I want you all to be safe, but if you don't want to join me, I'll go by myself," He huffed, opening the door and running towards the fence.

"A-Zein! Okay, okay, I'm coming. Give me a second," Kuzo said, turning back into his house. Quickly, Zein went to the top of the fence, peeking over to make sure there weren't any guards. Coast's clear.. He dropped back down, sticking the landing this time. After Zein waited for a few more minutes, Kuzo emerged with a bag.

"What? What's that for?" Zein asked, giving his friend a puzzled look.

"What? Just gonna run off without bringing anything? You know you'll die without food or anything right?" He rolled his eyes, glancing up to the top of the fence. "Haven't been out in a while..." He murmured, mostly to himself.

"Well, let's get going," Zein said, climbing over the fence, Kuzo following behind him. They decided not to try and hide their hair, deciding they were already in trouble so it wouldn't help too much. After they were over the fence, they started running, hiding as much as possible in case a guard was around. It took about 5 minutes to make it to another abnormal he knew, and they both had a rough landing this time. Can't a guy get a break? Jeez... Zein thought, pushing himself up off the ground. Hopefully Akira's a little more accepting of this...
