Remiza has been turned into a hellhole. First, people were starting to be born with new personalities-Things that Hirogan had never intended to create. If you were to be born born without hair that's in one of the colors of the rainbow, then everyone would see you as a menace to society.
Each color would represent a different personality trait, and that would be the trait that you would possess the most of. Red is anger, orange is playful and childish, yellow is happiness, green is untrustworthy, blue is saddness, indigo is seductive, and violet is pure.
Hirogan came about after the world's countries all went into world war IV, and all of the borders were compromised. At first, the world had gone crazy, and the human race nearly went extinct, but due to Hirogan's leadership (though it would now be the downfall of this society he has created) the world had been able to settle down a bit, and everyone looked to him for an answer. Of course, he had decided to administer an elixir into the remaining citizens and give them each one of the seven personalities he'd chosen. This way, the children they gave birth to could be easily sorted and monitored in order to keep his large society in functioning condition.
This had worked for many years, until the personalities had found out about eachother. If they were to mix, it would create unthinkable chaos, and Hirogan had worked hard to keep each sector seperate, thought he had ultimately failed in his efforts.
