My favourite type of meditation is writing down some lyrics from songs I like or lines from poems. Just write a verse or stanza and then I feel calmer. I don't know. It's nice to do.

I'm learning 3 languages rn and it's fun but it's a challenge omg I keep mixing up languages I'll respond to a Polish question in Norwegian and technically I understood the question and answered and I KNOW the polish...my brain just got confused and answered in Norwegian. Pffff oh well. It's fun.
