joshua caught me staring at him today.

we were with daddy and one other boy that's been here just as long as i was. of course, mommy was there too. she came back from her work for the month.

mommy only comes twice a month.

mommy is always busy.

we were eating, and i couldn't help the increasing hunger for josh.

even though i was eating dinner, i was hungry for him. and only him.

i kept staring at him for as long as possible. and no one even noticed, not even daddy.

but then, joshua looked up from gazing down at his food with a frown.

his mocha eyes caught at the same height as mine, and i blushed a furious red.

he gave me the smallest of smiles and mouthed, "meet me in the corridor by the stairs." then he looked back down.

and i wanted to see that smile again, even if it was a small one.

i loved his tiger smile.
