"It's not V! ITS NOT V!!!" I'm screaming.
"Honey I know it's hard but it is her. Sit down till the paramedics come to you." My father says. What does he mean me? That's when I try to get up and can't. I realize my heads bleeding. That's when I realize I'm in pain.
"NO!! It's not her. I swear!" I scream. I realize V's mom is walking to me crying. Before she can say something I cut her off. "She got a tattoo, she didn't tell y'all! I swear who ever this is doesn't have a tattoo!"
Her mom goes to the floor sobbing. Before I can say something every thing goes blurry I'm even more dizzy my heads throbbing. I try to sit up but I fall to the ground. People are shouting I can't hear them. I see paramedics coming towards me. And then every thing goes dark.
I wake up in a hospital bed. My head feels numb. My brothers are in the seats next to me. My dad walks in.
" You hit your head pretty hard. They said when you wake up you can leave it's three pm. The boys didn't want to go to school and leave you here. How are you feeling." My dad ask me.
" It wasn't a dream." I mumble
"Honey. You hit your head and you were in shock of seeing your best friend dead." Says my dad.
" No she's not dead their was no tattoo. Dad please believe me." I whine. My dads not good with this. He tells me he's sorry and goes. My brothers hug me and give me a bag of clothes to change into. My other clothes are in a different bag covered in blood.
I open a plastic bag filled with clothes I slide on a pair of sweat pants that say Richland hospital on them and a shirt that says Richland hospital. Since it's still winter I put on a sweatshirt that also says Richland hospital also a pair of socks but the only thing in the gift shop they had was flip flops. I look down and see I look like a hospital ad. I have stitched at my hair line and dry blood in my hair. I can't take a shower for a week because of the stitches. I need to wash the blood away but I don't want to all I feel like doing is being with V.
