Positive.

"Baby it's alright."

His arms were secure around me like nothing else was happening at this moment.

He stroked my hair with comfort and stayed silent, the only sounds were my sobs filling the room.

"W-what a-are my p-parents g-gonna say. T-they're gonna g-get m-mad, s-s-hawn." I sobbed even harder.

"Shh, baby girl it's alright." He cooed, still holding me.

It was incredible, I felt so safe in his arms.

Like nothing could ever harm me, nothing bad could ever happened as long as I was in Shawn's arms.

"You're alright baby, I got you." His lips made contact with my forehead, they stayed there for a little while.

"Baby, look at me."

I looked into his beautiful brown eyes.

"We'll tell your parents, it's my responsibility. If they get mad and don't approve of me, you can move in with me. Okay babe?" He said.

"S-Shawn, I love you s-so much. I d-don't deserve you."

"No baby, I don't deserve you. You're so amazing princess, okay?" He looked into my eyes.

I nodded my head.

"We'll go tonight and have dinner over there. We can tell them the news, ok?" Shawn said.

I nodded my head.

-1 hour later-

The dinner was awkward at first.

My parents never really loved Shawn, and there wasn't much to talk about.

"So." My dad cleared his throat.

"Lets be honest, why did you guys come?" He asked.

"Dad, I live here." I rolled my eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes at me, young lady." He sternly.

I looked at Shawn who put a comforting hand on my thigh.

I silently sighed.

"Sir, there's something we need to tell you." Shawn looked seriously.

Shawn nodded his head at me as the look on my dads face changed.

"Impregnant." I blurted quickly.

I swiftly closed my eyes, wishing that would never have to come out of my mouth at the age of eighteen.

"WHAT THE HELL Y/N!" My dads voice boomed.

I winced at his yelling as Shawn held my hand.

"Sir ever-" Shawn tried.

"I DON'T WANNA HEAR IT, PRETTY BOY! YOU'RE NOTHING BUT A WORTHLESS BOY WHO'S GONNA USE MY DAUGHTER!" He shouted, his voice filled the room.

"Honey-" my moms voice chimed in.

"SHUT UP!" He snapped at my mom.

My sobs came out harder than ever.

"Dad, please calm down!"

Shawn's arms were around me as they made me feel a little bit more protected.

"Sir this isn't her fault." Shawn said in a calm tone.

"You're right, it's your fault!" Dad said.

My mom came over to me and hugged me.

I hugged back crying, I couldn't believe how my dad was reacting.

"I'm 18 dad, I can do what I want. I don't want you treating me like this." I responded, pushing my seat back and sitting up.

"Lets go." I whispered in Shawn's ear.

He grabbed my hand as we walked out.

I ran to the car and got in, waiting for Shawn.

I tapped my nails on the car door.

"Drive." I whispered to Shawn.

"Baby are you-"

"Just drive, please Shawn. Lets go somewhere far away. We can start a family." My voice was slightly above a whisper.

"Baby, you're the only one I wanna do that with." He grinned as we drove.

"Shawn, I love you."

"Darling, I love you more."
