5 months later~
I wake up to the sound of a knock at the door. I spring out of bed. "BABE GET THE DOOR!" I scream from the other room. I hear him groan and then the door swings open. I peak out the doorframe from my bedroom to see who it is. I was to far to see his face but I had an idea of who it was.
A tear rolls down my cheek as I approach him. My heart skips a beat. Has he came back to shatter me once more? Doesn't he remember how hurt I was? Why?
"Lacey, I'm sorry." He pleads as a tear rolls down his cheek. I stand there in shock tucking my brown curls behind my ear.
He looks the same as he did 5 months ago. His beautiful brown eyes his perfect brown waves his cute nose and his kissable pink lips. I want to stop it but I'm falling and falling deeper in love with him. But I'm taken by his best friend now he can't have me. Not anymore.
I watch him grab my hand handing me a rose.
"You know I wrote act like you love me and Roses about you right?" I nod. Of course I knew.
"So now that I'm here, you already know what I'm gonna ask, because Lacey I know I've been on your mind. I know for a fact that we are meant to be we have something and I can't get over you so I need to know will you let it die or let it grow?" He runs his fingers through his hair waiting for an answer. I look back at him then look back at his best friend who've Ive been with while he was gone.
