I woke up without any confrontations from anybody. It kind of felt weird because Im so used to somebody coming in and waking me up. But that thought went away within a couple seconds. I got out of bed and took a shower and changed.

Today was gonna be one of the best days of my life. I grabbed my phone and walked to the kitchen. I had already told everyone that we were going to do something today but it was a surprise. I grabbed my plate of food and sat at the table.
I told everyone that we had to drive to one stop and then take a helicopter to the the other stop. I drove the Jeep because one hint and they would find out.
We made it to the Helipad and got on the two helicopters that we would be taking. We all put our headpieces on and took off. The view over Hawaii was beautiful.
I lived in Hawaii for about 3 years because of my dads deployment. When I was little my dad used to take me and my older brother on Helicopter rides over the base and this was one of the times where the memories of it came back.
We landed on the Helipad for the Base and got out. They all realized where we were once we landed well everybody except the twins. I probably would have to explain everything in Spanish later. The person showing us around Pearl Harbor was one of my Dad's best friends. He was the Co-Captain of the ship but now he's the Captain because of recent events.
The ships that were docked were amazing. We took pictures around Pearl Harbor. But what I really loved was the Memorial Stone of my dad's name.

I sat staring at the stone for a couple minutes before tears started brimming my eyes but they never fell. I put a smile on my face and wiped the tears away. I was gonna be strong because he would want me to.
We continued around the base taking pictures and things like that. Everybody loved the surprise and I felt proud of myself.
We headed back to the helicopter and made our way back to the car. We finally got back to the Villa and decided to chill around. We all picked a horror movie to watch. I love horror movies well probably because I laugh when something scary happens. We all found our spots in front of the tv and pressed play. Ivan was hiding his face behind me the whole time. He didnt want me knowing that he was scared but he didnt really a good job hiding it.
My eyes started to get really heavy and I soon fell asleep on Ivan's shoulder. Today was a good walk down memory lane and I really enjoyed it.
