Remedial Goodness 101 Class

"If someone hands you a crying baby, do you: A: Curse it? B: Lock it in a tower? C: Give it a bottle? Or D: Carve out its heart?" Fairy Godmother asked.

I was so bored out of my mind as I had my feet on the table. This was Auradon so the answer to the questions should be the exact opposite of what the actual answer should be. This was so easy that I didn't even bother answering and Mal busy drawing a sketch of the wand. So the only ones listening were Jay Carlos and Evie.

Evie raised her hand enthusiastically

"Evie." The Fairy Godmother called.

"What was the second one?" Evie asked.

Mal and I gave her a look.

Seriously... I thought.

"Oh, okay. Anyone else?" The Fairy Godmother asked.

When nobody answered.

"Scarlett." She called.

"What?" I asked as rudely as I could.

"Feet of the table." She said with a smile.

I rolled my eyes and removed my feet from the table.

"You haven't answered. What you do you think is the answer?" She asked politely.

I sighed.

"C: give it a bottle." I rolled my eyes.

"Correct. Very good." She smiled.

"How did you do that?" Jay asked.

'Just pick the one that doesn't sound like any fun.' I said in a bored voice.

"Oh..." Carlos nodded.

Jay nodded understanding.

"That makes so much sense." Evie smiled.

I fake gasped and nodded.

Mal rolled her eyes and chuckled.

Suddenly a shy girl squealed and passed them.

"Oh. Hello, dear one." The Fairy Godmother smiled.

Dear one?.... I thought.

I nudged Evie and Mal to start listening to the conversation.

"Hi, you need to sign off on early dismissal for the coronation." Her voice was very shaky.

"Everyone here remembers my daughter, Jane?"'Fairy Godmother asked.

"Mom, no!" Jane whined.

"It's okay. Jane, this is everyone." Fairy Godmother smiled.

"Hi. That's okay, don't mind me. As you were." Jane bowed and left squealing her way.

She can be useful... I thought.

I looked at Mal and saw that she was smirking.

She's thinking the same thing...good... I thought.

"Ahem." Fairy Goodness cleared her throat to get our attention.

"Let's continue. You find a vial of poison. Do you, A: put it in the king's wine? B: paint it on an apple?" She asked.

Mal and I smiled at Evie as she giggled.

"Or C: turn it over to the proper authorities?" The Fairy Godmother asked.

Immediately Evie, Carlos and Jay's hands went flying up.

But Jay pulled Carlos's hand down while smirking and keeping his hand up.

"Jay." She called.

"C, you turn it over to the proper authorities," Jay smirked as he let go of Carlos's hand.

"I was gonna say that," Carlos whined.

"But I said it first. Come here!" Jay put Carlos in a tight headlock and began giving him a harsh noogie.

"Ow!" Carlos yelled.

"Come on, who said it first? Who said it first?" Jay taunted Carlos while wrestling him now.

"Ow! Stop! Ah!" Carlos yelled.

While they were wrestling Evie began to put on makeup, Mal kept on drawing and I just smiled at Fairy Godmother.

This is so normal for us... I thought.

"Boys, boys!" She raised her voice while tapping her stick.

They stopped wrestling.

"I am gonna encourage you to use that energy on the tourney field." Fairy Godmother told them.

"Oh, no. That's okay. Whatever that is, We'll-we'll pass." Carlos told her as he pushed Jay off him.
