We were all in the boys' dorm standing around a table.

A drawing of the wand that Mal drew was in the center.

"Okay, we all know what this looks like. So it'll be up on the dais under the Beast's spell jar, and we'll be coming in from here. I will be at the very front." Mal instructed.

"I'll be right behind you...next to Ethan." I sighed.

Mal nodded.

"The rest of you all will be up in the balcony. Okay?" Mal asked.

We all nodded but Carlos.

"Carlos?" Mal questioned.

"Okay, so I'll find our limo, so we can break the barrier, and, uh, get back on the island with the wand." Carlos nodded.

"Perfect." Mal nodded.

Dude barked.

And me? Dude barked.

"Sorry, Dude I don't think Carlos can take you with him," I told the dog as I petted him.

Dog whimpered.

"You speak dog?" Carlos asked shock.

"I speak animal. All animals have a universal language." I corrected him.

Everyone looked at me shocked but then became focused again.

'Evie?" Mal pulled out a perfume bottle.

"Yeah?" Evie asked.

"You will use this to take out the driver. Two sprays and he'll be out like a light." Mal told her.

"Okay." Evie nodded.

Mal sat down and began reading ingredients from her spellbook.

"M? You want to break Ben's love spell?" Evie asked shocked.

The rest of us turned to her.

"Yeah. You know, for after." Mal told all of us.

"I don't-" Evie shook her head confused.

"I've just been thinking, you know, when the villains finally do invade Auradon and begin to loot and kick everyone out of their castles and imprison their leaders and destroy all that is good and beautiful, Ben still being in love with me just seems a little extra...cruel," Mal told us.

"Can you make a batch for Ethan as well?" I asked.

Mal and I just stared at each other for a while, knowing both of us were hurting.

"Ok." Mal finally nodded then left with her book.

"M?" Evie called.

"Let her be, E." I told her.

Late at night
The Girls bathroom

I was staring at the necklace that father gave in the mirror as memories of both: father abusing me and Ethan showing me love flashed before my eyes.

Both these memories clashed and made my head hurt.

Oh, oh, oh, it's magic.
I know.
Sadly its time to let go

I sang and soon started sobbing.
