Your pov

I sighed as I got in my car driving to my job at the donut shop just down the road.It was a slow job but it paid well.It mostly consisted of the same people coming in and out multiple times a day there was rarely a new person.I pulled up to the store.

Time-skip 20 minutes.

Thomas pov

I sighed the last few days have been extra stressful.Anxiety or Virgil has been putting a strain on me.So, I decided to go get coffee and a donut because I haven't had one in a while instead of heading to Starbucks I decided to go to a coffee shop down the road from my house.

Time-Skip until he's at the coffee shop

Still Thomas pov

I walked into the coffee shop and looked around there wasn't many people.I don't really understand why everyone complaining about it.It's a cute cafe.

I walked up to the counter.The cashier looked so bored probably some teenager doing this for the money."What do you want" she said in a bored tone."Uhh, I'll have.." I started."Oh, god you're new in here and you're taking forever"she said rolling her eyes."(y/n) get out here and deal with this slow as hell costumer" she yelled in the back."I am so going to get you fired one day" a girl with (h/c) hair which I assumed to be (y/n)."You won't" the girl said with a smirk walking away. " I am so so sorry for her,s he's always like that, What would you like and take your time.There are not many people that come in here" she said with a kind smile on her face."I'll get a chocolate donut with sprinkles please and you don't have to apologize for her it's not your fault." I said smiling back." Okay that will be $2.75 sir, and yes I do this is your first time here and that is the impression you get." she said looking at the ground before looking back at me."No, you really don't, I have a question" I said handing the money over to her."What is it" she said turning and grabbing the donut off the shelf before putting in the bag." are you going to be here tomorrow," I asked slightly hoping she will say yes."Yeah, I am here until I either get fired or quit.I work 7 days a week" she said a slight smile on her face."Here's your donut and your change is $7.25." she said handing over the bag and my change."Keep it as a tip.I'll see you tomorrow." I said as I walked out of the cafe leaving a very confused (y/n).

TIME-SKIP 2 months later

Your pov

Thomas has been coming in for the last two months ordering the same thing over and over again.Today he I made it special for him.It was the same thing it just asked him on a date with my number.

"Hey,(y/n) the usual please," over he said with a small smile."Here, you go Thomas that will be 2.75 as usual" I said and he gave me the money.I gave him the change and the bag with the donut."(y/n), we go through this every day keep the change." after he said as he grabbed the bag and walked out.I sighed and put it in my pocket.

Time skip a few days

If was a few days after I asked him out on a date and he hasn't come in or texted/called me.He is probably ignoring me and he hates me.Why am I so stupid...

Thomas POV.

(Y/N) asked me out on a date.I programmed her number in my phone.I just got really busy with YouTube so I didn't get time to go to the cafe to tell her in person or even text her that I would go out on date with her, I felt terrible about it.She probably thinks that I hate her or something she seems like such a shy person.

Time-Skip next day

Still Thomas Pov

I walked into the coffee and noticed (y/n) wasn't at the cash register like she usually was when I came.I wonder where she was because she said she would always be here.I walked up to the counter and sighed."Hello sir, what can I get you ?"The cashier asked over enthusiastically."I just have a question.Where is (y/n) ?"I asked hoping she would know."Oh yeah she's at home.Why?" she asked slightly confused."Do you have her address and if so can I have it." I said with urgency."Uh yeah here, good luck" she said handing over a piece of paper with a small smile.I smied back than headed out to my car typing the address into the GPS.

TIMESKIP

Still Thomas pov

I pulled up to an aparment complex with a sigh.'I hope this is the right place' I thought as ran up the stairs then down the hall to the last door on the righ.When I got there I sighed all my nerveres had kicked in right then and there.I sighed and knocked on the door."I'll be right there" i heard someone yell from the other side of the door.The door soon opened to reveal her."Hi,(y/n)"I said with a smile."Oh hey Thomas.One How are you and Two how do you know where I live" she asked confusion written across her face."I'm good and how about you and I got it from the cashier that was in your place at the cafe"I said as if it was totally normal."Oh Okay.What brings you here?"she asked opting her door more."Oh well I came here to accept your offer on the date.I would have dome it sooner,but I got super busy"I said with a sigh."Oh it's fine.I just thought you were avoiding me."she said looking down.I leaned forward tilting her head up brining her lips to mine."I'll pick you up at 7" I said pulling away walking down stairs with a small smile.

TIME-SKIP until after the date.

After the date at a small diner down the street Thomas walked me back to my apartment." Thanks for the wonderful date,Thomas"I said with a small smile looking at the floor."(y/n) can I ask you a question" he asked tilting your head up looking you in the eyes."Yeah good ahead"I said staring back into his beautiful brown eyes"Will you do me the honor and be my girlfriend?"he said not breaking eye contact."Yeah"I said with a smile.He smiled back bringing out lips together for a sweet but passionate kiss.One of many for the next few years to come.
