A Year Later

It has been a year already and me and Shawn are still dating. Me and Alex are best friends now and I'm also friends with the others as well. The tour finished of very good but Shawn and Camila are friends but I don't really mind unless she doesn't try anything.

I get a message from Shawn and immediately smile.

"Facetime cutie? ;)"

"No since you used the word cutie ;)"

"Hahaha how did I know that you were going to say that?"

"Have to go Alex is calling me"

"I'm on facetime with Camila anyways"

"Shawn stoppp"

"That's what I thought Lana"

"Hate youuu"

"Love youuu"

"Yeah you better"

"Wow no love you back? Rudeee"

"Love you Shawn Peter Raul freaking Mendes"

"So extra 😳 but no really I'm going to facetime you right now"

"But I look ugly"

"I don't care ;)"

As I was about to type something back his facetime contact pops up. I roll my eyes and answer. "There's my beautiful girlfriend" he says and I chuckle. "I told you that I wasn't ready, you're so stubborn" I get up and walk to my desk area and sit down.

"I miss you" he says with a pout. "Ah Shawn I miss you too" he runs his hand through his brown messy hair and stares at me. "Stop that's awkward" I smile and he smiles back. "Who knew that I would date one of my fans?" I laugh at the thought of fan girling over him before.

"Why are you laughing?"

"Because I used to fan girl over you" I say covering my face. "Don't you still fan girl over me though?" He says and laughs.

"Shut up no I don't" I smile and he smiles back. "When do you have your next concert?" I ask curiously. "Um I actually don't know, let me check" he gets up and leaves for a minute.

"I have one next month on the 21st and it's in London" he sits back down. Memories come back to me from when he got hit by a car. "Remember when you got hit by a car in London?" He rolls his eyes "why did I know you were going to bring this up?" I shrug my shoulders.

"I was so worried for you" I say and stare at his features, his pink lips standing out the most. "I know you were baby but it was not my fault" he says and sighs.

My felt butterflies after he called me baby. "When can we see each other in person again?" I say in a saddish tone. "Ah I don't know I'm going to be busy the next couple months" I pout.

There's a knock on my door. "Lana can I come in?" My mom says. I look back at Shawn, "don't say anything stupid" he puts his hands up and laughs.

"Yes you can come in mom" she opens the door with a laundry basket in her hands. "Oh you're on facetime with Shawn, hi Shawn!" She comes over and gets closer.

"Hello Mrs.Frain! Doing Lana's laundry I see" he says and my mom nods. "Yes, eighteen years old and she can't do her own laundry" Shawn laughs. "Jeez Lana give your mom a break" I put my hands on my face.

"You tell her Shawn" my mom continues to put clothes in the basket then leaves. I look at Shawn with a serious expression. "What?" He says and smiles.

"I told you not to talk" I cross my arms. "Hey you said not to say anything stupid and I didn't" he says while smiling. "Sounded pretty stupid to me" I yawn feeling tired.

"Is my girl tired?" I snort. "Don't call me your girl it sounds cringy but yes I am" he gasps. "Cringy isn't in my vocabulary my sweet honey bunny" "Ew Shawn stoppp!" I cover my ears.

He starts to laugh. "You're to cute babe, well I will let you sleep goodnight beautiful" I smile "Goodnight babe" I say and hang up.

I sigh and I'm still smiling. I plug in my phone and get a message from Shawn.

Missing your face already :(
