1. Make sure you're brushing your teeth twice a day for two minutes, if you have braces, three times a day2. Floss every night, it's not really necessary to floss in the morning
3. Be sure to rinse your mouth with a mouthwash, I like mixing hydrogen peroxide with some water
4. Don't sip on soda every hour, it can and will damage your teeth
5. Stay away from dark coffee and teas
6. Brush your teeth after drinking sodas and coffee
7. Mix lemon juice and baking soda as a treatment every 2-3 weeks
8. Whitening toothpaste actually works
