One "Today" At A Time

Today I went swimming at my best friends house with her little sister and it was really fun. Last night her brother and his friend took us to see fireworks (but not really). So here is one of the best nights of my life in a nutshell. We went to see fireworks in the bigger part of town and ended up parking on the side of a major road. We could barely see any fireworks, so we played with a frisbee that was in the console of the truck. We got bored and there was a huge lake right by where we were so we dared my best friends brother to jump on to one of the tire sized rocks about five feet into the lake. He didn't want to jump so he walked out to the rock (it was only a few inches deep). His feet and shoes were covered in mud so he decided to jump back. He barely made it and since we still couldn't see the fireworks we played with the frisbee again. Her brothers friend through it straight up and when it came down it broke in half. We didn't want to keep waiting so we went back to the truck. Another car had parked behind us so we couldn't get out. The car was running low on gas so we couldn't keep it on so it was really hot but we played some lit music and chilled for about an hour. My phone was about to die and so I couldn't be on it while we were waiting. Once we finally got out we drove to the nearest sonic drive in. Then her brothers friend started going through his wallet and found condoms. He was putting them on his hands and getting lube all on the truck. Eventually we decided we didn't want sonic anymore so they opened the window and put the condom and wrapper on top of the order box and drove home. Once we got to my best friends house, she ran in really quick to get money to go to whataburger. We got there and legit just ordered fries. Then after all that they drove her brothers friend home and we went back to there house. Although it might not seem too fun. I had so much fun and legit can not wait to be able to have nights like that every night. -K
