"Let's continue...?" Australia sounded unsure and conflicted. Regardless, he still hit the button after getting unnerving stares from the others.

"Who's your guardian?"
"He's Feliks' uncle."
"Oh. One sec!"
Tino ran up to Cecilia. "Mum! They're lost!" he said, pointing to the three children standing outside the restaurant. "Oh dear! Let's go help them, everyone!" she called out to her family. Cecilia asked the children which hotel they were staying in.
After giving the children pointers for where the places they needed to go to in case of emergencies were, they set off to find the hotel.Only to be met with disappointment.
"What do you mean he's checked out? The children are still here!" Cecilia sounded quite furious at the clerk. "I'm sorry ma'am... You just missed him..." She huffed before making her way to the children, who were in the lobby of the hotel. "Oh well. It looks like you'll be staying with us for a bit." Her words caused confusion amongst the three children. "You're uncle's gone off to business. Do you know your family's address or numbers?"
"My mother died giving birth to me. My father's in prison..." There was nothing but longing in Toris' voice as he spoke. He looked about ready to cry... "My parents are stars now. They've been watching over me for three years..." Feliks looked to the floor, lips pursed as a few tears fell from his eyes. "My father's in a coma. I don't know who my mother is..." Eduard's words only worsened her fears.

It took Ukraine, Hutt River and an exasperated Germany to calm Latvia's shaking.
"How could anyone do that to children?!" France was furious. Even for nations, children were meant to be looked after! Not... Not this...!
Spain was torn between wanting to play the memory again and wanting to just calm his friend. He chose the former.

One Month Later
"Happy birthday, Toris!" Feliciano greeted as he woke his brother up. "Th-thank you..." Toris yawned, still not fully awake. "C'mon! C'mon! Everyone's in the dining room already!" Toris chuckled at his little brother's excitement.
"If you're not careful, people could mistake today for your birthday." Toris honestly didn't mind, though. "Toris! Hurry up!" He allowed himself to be pulled out of bed and practically dragged downstairs by the enthusiastic brunette.
"Happy birthday~" his family greeted him as he and Feliciano reached the dining room. "Woah..." Toris was shocked at his surrogate family's care for him.
At the center of the table was a large butter cream cake. There were eight candles on said cake. The cake was surrounded with what could pass as an international buffet!
"You didn't have to make this much!" His words were expected, it seemed, as Tino came up to him and pulled his right arm. "It wouldn't be even half as fun to do if we didn't want to do it!" Eduard just gave him a fond look as Tino pushed him into a seat.
