Here's a bit more background, as promised.

"Ok... I'll play it now..." Mongolia pressed play after getting the affirmative from the others.

At the end of the Vietnamese Wars, the sisters had cried and endlessly apologized to each other as well as to the countries that were dragged into the war.
Her blade met bullets as South Vietnam did her best to survive the assault. It wasn't long ago that she and her sister were were making and eating croissants and macarons with France, yet now, they were fighting.
"Tell me why we have to fight like this...?" she asked her sister. "I hate having to so much as argue with you, so tell me..." tears flowed from her chocolate brown eyes as she looked at her twin. "... why...?"
North Vietnam only looked at her twin as they stood in the now silent battlefield. "Our people have asked for this... You know very well that they dictate what will and will not happen..." her own eyes filled with tears as she took in her sister's battered form.
" I'm sorry we have to do this... but I won't be sorry for letting you live." she said, before pointing the gun to her head. "Stop! You don't have to do that! I won't fade away! We'll be like Veneziano and Romano!"
South ran to North.
They threw their arms around each other before falling on their knees, clutching onto each other.
They wanted to let France hold them as they cried, like he used to in the past.
They wanted to run to America and apologize for dragging him into this mess. South wanted to just let him have all he wanted in return for trying to help her, even though he hadn't needed to.
More importantly, South looked her sister in the eye before speaking.
"I miss China... and Japan... I wonder if we can still bathe in his onsen, like he said we would..."

When North Korea went into isolation, none were more devasted than the countries themselves.
North Korea screamed and kicked as he was pulled from his brother. "Yong! I don't want to go!" South Korea reached for him, lips forming a small smile. "I know...! Just wait, we'll see each other again!"
North was let go for a while, so he could say his proper farewells.
"You promise...?" South hugged him tightly, both of them were crying so much. "I swear. We'll be together again. Just wait for me." South pulled apart, caressing his brother's cheek. He kissed North's forehead before whispering something only the two of them heard.

During the Cold War, Prussia was just a tiny bit hesitant to fight the Free World.
"Are you sure about this?" Prussia raised a brow at the larger country. "They wouldn't let me be more than allies or enemies with you. I don't want that to happen again..."
Russia smiled at him. That small, honest smile he loved to see.
"Thank you."
"Heh. You know I love you, don'cha?"
"I love you, too. But I don't think your brother would want you anywhere near me after this..."
"He is my baby brother. He can't tell me what to do."

Germany stared at the screen on shock.
"Prussia hates Russia, doesn't he?" America asked, not believing what they just saw.
Germany's face met the desk. "He almost hit me for calling Russia insane after the war..." Ireland patted his back, "At least you live together... You didn't leave him..."
Ireland felt guilty for leaving his own brother...
"Let's just continue...?"
Australia held the remote as he waited for answers.
