"Finally~ A good night's sleep~ I
thought we were never going to have one again!" Ireland stated as he sat beside Germany, who just sighed at the blond."Onward!" America shouted as he pressed the remote.
The other countries either smiled or rolled their eyes at his sudden excitement.

One Week Later
A young black haired boy was staring down. His maroon wings were keeping him afloat as he watched the scene on the ground, nearly fifteen feet below him.
Feliciano spread his wings open as wide as he could. He slowly began to flap them, tensing ever so slightly as Arthur stood beside him and held his right hand. "Relax. You'll get stiff really easily if you're tense, remember?" Feliciano relaxed instantly, beating his wings once more.
I feel lighter and more at ease whenever you're with me... He thought with a blush.

"Toris~"
That was the umpteenth time Feliks called the other's name. The brunette looked at him, jade green eyes full of amusement. His lavender wings gave a stretch before the brunette flew up.
"Come and catch me, then!"
Feliks easily took flight, himself. They laughed as they sped above the trees, careful to stay within protected areas.

One Month Later
"Hey, Kiku?" Feliciano sat beside a black haired boy, wings carefully avoiding the pieces of paper scattered everywhere. The black haired boy looked up from his work, obsidian eyes locking with hazel ones.
"What's wrong?" Kiku asked, dark orange wings puffing up in alert and suspicion. "Nothing much. Just..." Feliciano's face was pink as he thought of how to ask his question. "Do you know... umm... if we could... officially promise ourselves.... to someone...?"
Kiku blinked a few times before blushing, himself. "Ah... My father once told me we there was a ritual for that..." he blushed some more. "Why do you wish to know?" Feliciano was looking outside the large window of his room.
Towards the gardens where Phuong, Seamus and Arthur were practicing somersaults.
Kiku instantly understood. "You should ask Yao. He knows more about these things..." he said.
"Ok."

"My sister's good." North Vietnam said with a small smile. Taiwan nodded, head leaning on North's left shoulder.
Mongolia stood behind them, stretching his back (which became stiff after sleeping on his chair). He smiled at the scene.
"Heh. My brothers are better." Scotland answered with a proud smirk. "No wonder Iggy likes choppers ands planes!" America exclaimed, lips stretched into a large grin.
"That idiot... He's so obvious...!" Romano grumbled, face hiding in his hands. Belgium just patted his left arm. "They're all so cute, though~" Romano groaned at her words.
"Should I play it again?" Wy asked, holding the remote in her hand. "Sure thing, kiddo!" Australia answered. Hutt River tightened his arms around her waist, half-excited and half-anxious about this life.

Before Dinner
"Yao...?" The boy looked at the door to his room as he finished tying his long black hair. "What is it?" He asked, maroon wings shifting ever so slightly as he began preening them.
"How do we promise ourselves to each other?" Yao looked surprised for a while before he realized why the blond had asked the question. "There's a ritual where we need a feather from the two of you as well as a few drops of blood."
Arthur's lips pursed together. He looked behind him, where Feliciano stood with a blush. "Do you think we could do the ritual?" His question was for Yao, but Feliciano still nodded, giving his consent. Arthur gave the brunette a fond smile.
"In two years. You both are still too young." Yao said causing them to give him a grateful look. "Thanks for telling us."
Yao gave them a soft smile as he nodded at them. "Let's go have dinner, shall we?" He asked as he walked towards the two.
"We're having Japanese food today~" Arthur and Yao only smiled at the brunette's excitement.

After Dinner
"Leon? What are you doing?" Yao asked as a younger boy with dark brown hair came into his room. The boy had a dark blue feather in his right hand, which possibly came from his dark blue wings.
"We're doing the ritual." Yao's black eyes met the other's brown eyes as he spoke in a stern voice. "I'm barely fourteen. You aren't even ten, yet."
Leon huffed at him, cheeks puffing out as his wings did.

"That was cute." Taiwan said, trying to stifle a laugh. Mongolia wasn't even trying to stop his laughter.
North Vietnam watched the two with fondess, eyes flickering to the screen every few seconds.
France let out a breath. "You okay, amore?" He looked Spain with relief. "I think this life will be a lot better." Spain chuckled before hugging France. "I think so, too."
Romano was almost crying. Belgium handed him a waffle to snack on. Netherlands and Australia had gotten their hands on some Australian snacks.
Wy had brought scones, which she shared with Hutt River, Moldova and Latvia, who was finally not as tense as before.
America was trying to get Scotland to eat his burgers. Ireland just munched on the wurst Germany gave him.
Ukraine shared her varenyky with Hungary. Liechtenstein got Belarus to have her käseknöpfle. Greenland and Orlando each had a cup of hot chocolate.
"Let's just have lunch break now." North Vietnam said, bringing out her bánh mì and offering some to France and Taiwan.
France happily took one loaf of the sandwich, sharing with Spain. Taiwan and Mongolia simply took their own loaves and happily ate with their fellow countries.
