A few months on since Linda had to leave to go look after her sick mum Elaine, Mick was still struggling with the littlest of things like getting up in the morning or even just something to smile about.

All the family could see this happening. The struggling for mick becoming harder and harder each and everyday. One day Mick decided to call Linda and tell her all his problems and how much he needed her to get back but what happened was not what he expected.

Mick stood in the kitchen with his phone out looking at Linda's number...debating whither he was going to call or not. After a few moments he pressed call and then he heard the love of his life and the end of the phone. 'L baby it's me'  he said with a smile on his face but as soon as he heard what she had to say turned to nothing but tears slowly forming in his eyes. As soon as she had finished Mick was almost drowning in his own tears as he tried to hold it together saying 'ok...I understand...I'll see you...sometime.' At that moment he slowly brought the phone down from his ear placing it on the table in front of him staring at the photo of the two of them on their wedding day. As Mick stared at the phone he mumbled to himself 'I thought we would have got our happily ever after. But it don't happen. I ain't good enough for no one' he grabbed the phone launching it across the room and then grabbing the place mats and throwing them also. He could not take anymore. He couldn't control his anger. His emotions. Nothing. His Linda. The one he loved the most no longer wanted to be with him. After being together since teenagers. Everything he had ever worked for gone in a flash. This was the one thing to push Mick over the edge once and for all. And whatever happened next there was no one to stop him. No body knew what he was capable of doing to himself at a time like this...
