CHAPTER 16

Author note: Sorry for such a bad chapter! I’ve been busy lately, I promise to write a better chapter next time! I will try and update more frequently. I have so many ideas floating in my head but i dont want to make things happen to early, things will hopefully get more intresting soon :)

Against my window is Spiderman handing on his webs. His muscles look even larger from the strength he has to use to hold him self on the string of web, I press my palms against the window and my mouth open like an idiot.

Spiderman nods his head and drops, I look down at the bottom of the Hospital and see him dodging cars on the street.

He came to see me!

I lean of the window covering my mouth hiding my big smile.

-AT THE MALL (GWENS OUT OF THE HOSPITAL)

I decided to spend time with Natalie and Chloe at the mall after school since I’ve been in Hospital.

“Hey lets go in here!” Says Chloe stopping at a lingerie store looking at Natalie

Natalie slaps Chloe’s arm, she squints at me breathing loudly through her nose

“NO.” Says Natalie storming off ahead of us

Chloe and I eyed each other trying to contain our laughter.

Natalie unexpectedly turns around in front of us and looks at me                        

“Wow wow!” I say shuffling back a bit

“G-Gwen…you gotta look at this…” Natalie says looking dead serious

Look past her shoulder, I see Melissa and Peter together drinking a smoothie together. They both look happy, enjoying each others company.

“Fucking Bitch!.” I say gritting my teeth

I clench my fist as hard as I can and start walking over to their table

“No Gwen, stop! Clam down.” Says Chloe holding me

“Calm down? CALM DOWN HUH? NO!” I yell at Chloe, she looks stunned

I look back at Melissa and Peter’s direction; they are both looking at me. Peter looks surprised, he stands up from his seat but Melissa whispers something to him and he sits back down.

Tears start dropping down my cheeks

I can’t believe this!

I violently shake off Chloe’s grip on me and storm off out of the Mall.

I walk as fast as I can through the streets, I don’t even know where I’m going. My mind is too messed up to think about other things. Tears keep coming, I turn into an alley and run to the end and sit down on the ground curling into a ball.

 Peter fucking Parker! So the fucking kisses meant nothing, NOTHING! I can’t believe that I’m actually stupid enough to believe that Peter likes me, I’m so fucking stupid. i hate him, I hate Melissa, I freaking hate everyone!......

 

It’s been at least ten minutes I’ve been sitting at the end of the alley blaming the whole world, Peter and I aren’t even dating and I’m getting angry over him “Hanging out” with Melissa, I feel so stupid and childish. I should go and apologise or something…maybe. 

I get up from the ground and walk out into the streets, I get a few looks from people

Why are the looking at me like I’m crazy?  

I walk past a store with reflective glass…

Oh…that’s why

My hair is all frizzed up like a afro, my mascara and eyeliner is all under my eyes and some dried up leaking half way down my cheeks, my lip stick is all smudged around my lips.

“Someone looks great don’t they.” I say sarcastically

I should really get back home…

I step through the front door of my house and walk into the dining room, everyone’s already having dinner; they turn their attention to me.

Great. Right on time to have my family seeing me look like this

“Oh my gosh! Honey what happened!?” Mum says covering her mouth

“I um….it was raining, y-yes it was…” I say awkwardly nodding my head

Before mum could say anything else I turn around and run into my room.

I take a warm shower and bring my dinner inside my room. I sit on my desk while eating my dinner looking through Facebook. A message pops up, its Melissa.

Melissa: Hey hun x

Me: What do you want?

Melissa: Nothing much, I saw you at the mall today. You looked angry. Is it because I’m with Peter babe :)

Me: Classify ‘with Peter’

Melissa: Oh right, of course you’re friends didn’t tell you. Peter and I are together, going out <3

I slam my laptop shut and start to cry again. I hear a few more messages from Melissa but I ignore them.

They CANT be going out! I thought Peter was different…why would he like her? And why didn’t Chloe and Natalie not tell me?
