He breathed fire for he's called death,

She held such innocence as barely a myth.

He went to kill someone, he was told,

She anticipated her end with her eyes closed.

With a dagger on her throat his fingers trembled,

It was the first time for both as they fumbled.

For he never thought twice before a kill,

She had never seen such eyes nor she ever will.

As they looked inside each other's soul.

They realised that they played a game so foul.

She had to be killed by his hands,

Or bear the shame she inflicted on her land.

Wasn't it cruel for her to die because,

Somebody thought it'd be fine to exhibit her flaws.

Snatched and deprived she was of her dignity,

And being murdered was the only choice, pity.

Her closed one called a Satan for that act,

Only humanity was one thing that they lacked.

'A survivor of rape should not be alive'

'Her tainted soul should remain deprived-

Of love, of mercy, of anything good'

He'd better killed her when he should.

As now those eyes stared back with innocence

'Is it because I'm girl? Doesn't I deserve love immense?'

Her eyes screamed the questions she hid,

And she'll be the one to answer herself with.

As that stranger was her mind, her thoughts,

Who lost in thin air after its loss.

They pushed her own mind to kill herself,

But she realised their plan as well.

She helped her own to stand on her feet.

Her life also matter, her life also mean.

As when she looked in the eyes of her soul,

She found reasons to live and hold.
