Chapter Thirteen: When did you plan on telling me?

Luke's POV

We all sat on the field after a hard afternoon of training. We smiled at each other enjoying the sun shining down upon us.

"You did great Percy," smiled Amy who brought him into a warm embrace.

"You really did," beamed Merlin Junior.

"Like you beat me," laughed Anya and everyone laughed along with her.

"I think I can learn a few moves from you Matthew," I said patting him on the shoulder.

"I think I can learn a thing or two from you too," laughed Matthew.

"Hey guys its time you come in," called Gwen. We all got up from the ground and headed into the castle. Sienna held onto my hand smiling at me.

"I love you," I said to her gently.

"I love you too," said Sienna happily.

"Has your mum come around now?" I asked her.

"Yeah she has. I think she knows I really do love you," she laughed as she squeezed me.

"I'm grateful to the love you have for me and I will make sure I always provide that to you too," I winked at her and we both beamed with happiness.

Merlin's POV

"Don't you think this is a bit sudden," said Arthur as we both sat in his chamber.

"I have thought about this for six years Arthur," I said to him.

"I know but I mean you never considered it before and now you're just up and going," said Arthur.

"I don't have much of a choice Arthur. I can't keep my family apart and my wife wants to be at the village so I have to go back there with my kids," I said to him,

"But our kids are close friends and they're getting on so well. Doing this is going to destroy them Merlin. Maybe your wife should be considering your feelings and her kid's feelings not just hers," said Arthur looking angry.

"Arthur please understand I have to do this," I begged him.

"I can't understand it Merlin I'm sorry but I can't. This isn't the way it's meant to go. Don't you see this is a very bad mistake," said Arthur.

"Arthur don't say that this is hard on me as it is," I said sadly.

"It wouldn't have to be if you just stayed!" Arthur snapped before he stormed out of his own chamber. I just can't win.

Adair's POV

"Hey Percy," I smiled as I came into his room and sat down on his bed with him.

"Adair I'm glad you are back," smiled Percy as he brought me into a welcoming and warm hug.

"I'm glad I'm back too. I'm sorry about everything," I said to him.

"I know you are. I forgive you. I love you," said Percy.

"I love you too," I said messing his hair up. We both began to hit each other and then began to roll over the bed fighting each other. We didn't stop until someone knocked on the door which made us both jump and we accidently rolled off the bed and hit the floor. We burst into laughter as Emily came into the room.

"You two look like your having fun but I'm worried about something," said Emily

"What is it?" I asked her as Percy and I got to our feet.

"You said your dad was hiding something right? Well I just saw Arthur storm out of his own room and just before that I caught what Arthur said. He said it wouldn't have to be if you just stayed. I think your father maybe planning to go back to your village and that would explain why your mum and Helen stayed there," said Emily.

My mouth opened in shock. I thought something was wrong but I had hoped I was wrong, just being paranoid. Why did I have to be right? Why are we going back to the village anyway? I want to stay here, in Camelot. This is my home not that village anymore.

"I wanted to leave before," said Percy breaking the silence. We looked at him.

"Why?" I asked.

"I thought coming here broke this family apart but it didn't. It was us. Each and every one of us broke apart from each other. It didn't matter it was within Camelot it probably would have happened in the village too. But Camelot has also brought us back together. Today was the best day of my life. You coming back made it perfect. I don't want to go back to the village anymore because Camelot is our home," Percy said looking at me.

"I agree Percy. I completely agree," I said.

Matthew's POV

"What is concerning you?" Mary asked me as we sat in my room.

"I think I know something. I think I've known for a while," I said to her.

"What is it Matthew?" she asked.

"Well its two things actually. I have this feeling deep inside me that Luke is going to be king."

"Why do you have that feeling?" asked Marry.

"Because he would make a great king, I thought up to now that I would but I wouldn't. The other thing is something to do with you," I whispered to her.

"About me?" she asked confused.

"When did you plan on telling me," I said to her.

"What do you mean? Tell you what?"

"That you are pregnant," I said so quietly she probably wouldn't hear me. Mary's mouth dropped open in shock.
