Merlin's POV

"Why did you have to take Adair!" shouted Anna at me.

"I needed him to find them," I explained to her.

"I don't know how I deal with all this Merlin I really don't," she said sitting down on the bed looking like she wanted to cry her eyes out.

"Anna please I don't want it to be like this between us," I said walking towards her.

"Don't dare touch me or think you can make this all better. Who the heck is that woman with you anyway?" asked Anna.

"Her name is Helen. She said that she is my sister," I said to her.

"Helen the sister you said was dead?"

"I thought she was dead but she had ran away and lied to us all these years. Made us believe she died when she didn't. I'm angry at her right now and I don't want to speak to her but she has important information and I think we need to hear her out," I said.

"We need to? When has it ever been we? Since you came back here its always me, you, I not me and you not we or us. Why all of a sudden is it we again," said Anna.

"I thought you would want to listen to her out too but okey I think I need to hear her out then..I'm trying Anna and you keep chucking it back in my face. What do you want me to do?!"

"I want you to take me and your children back home." I looked at her before I left the room not knowing what to say to that and she knew I had nothing to say to that either.

I went to the guest chamber where Helen would be staying. I knocked on the door. "Come in," Helen called. I went into the chamber closing the door behind me and I went over to the desk where she sat.

"I'm ready to listen," I said to her as I sat down next to her.

"Thank you Merlin for listening to me out. I'm going to get straight to the point. Your village with the dragons and many people with magic live have been attacked. I'm not sure how bad it is now but when I left it was quite bad. I thought you would like to know because even if you live here in Camelot that still is your home," said Helen.

"You know this for sure?" I asked her.

"I saw it with my own eyes Merlin. You have to trust me," said Helen taking my hand. I looked her up and down trying to convince myself that I shouldn't trust her or believe what she is saying as she left and I'm angry at her but deep within I know I should trust her, I know I can trust her but I got no idea why.

"I know you have no reason to trust me at all Merlin but I've come back to give you this urgent news and to say how sorry I am that I left. I'm sorry I left and made you and mother believe I was dead but if you hear out my story you will understand why I did it," said Helen.

"I believe you about the village but I don't want to know why you left. Thank you for this information but I think it be best if you don't stay here long and leave as soon as you can. I'm sorry Helen but I don't think I could deal with you here after what you have done," I said to her.

"I understand Merlin. I don't blame you for this decision but thank you for trusting me as what I spoke is true."

Matthew's POV

When I thought we may lose Luke I felt like my heart had been ripped from my chest. I don't know what I would do if he had died. As much as we don't get on anymore or we hardly speak or spend time with each other I love him more than most things. My girlfriend Mary means a lot to me but so does Luke.

I act like I hardly care about anything anymore or act like I'm better then my brother but deep inside I'm not. I try to convince myself I'm better and I'll be a better king but how can I know that. Luke maybe a lot better than I am.
