Chapter 20

Mona's P.O.V

UGH! Another day at school. The whole school knows why I wasn't at school. The boys are still unfortunately still stuck with me. And this time, they're prepared!

"Hey Ari!" I greeted Ari. She came to visit yesterday.

"Hey!" She said back.

"Just a random question..." I started.

"Ya sure. Wassap?" She asked as she closed her locker to face me.

"Do you like anyone?" I finished.

"Promise you won't get mad?" She said concerned.

"No! Who is it?!" I asked anxious.

"It's Ryland..." She said unsteady.

"I KNEW IT!!!" I said. Someone else also said it too. It sounded like...

"RYDEL?!" We both exclaimed.

"Sorry! I'm just here to tell you that we're picking you up at noon. The boys are all in the washroom. They're such horrible body guards!" She said the last part loud enough for the boys to hear. Ari & I giggled.

"We heard that!" The boys said as they came towards us. We giggled even more.

"You were meant to!" Rydel told the boys.

"Why didn't you tell the boys to tell Mona?" Ari asked.

"I know they'd forget so I just had to tell her on my own. And SOMEONE dropped my phone in the pool yesterday so I couldn't call her. And mom & dad cut our home phone for now." Rydel said looking at Rocky as they came out of the washroom.

"What? It was funny while it lasted..." Rocky said.

Rocky's P.O.V

We all wanted to spend time with Mona so we made her skip school for the other half of the day. She wanted to bring Ari so we let her. The girls are playing in the water. I looked at Ry and his jaw is hung open.

"DUDE! Do you like someone?!" I teased him.

"What? Noooo!" He tried to fool us.

"Dude admit it!" Ross said.

"We won't judge, you know that!" Riker said.

"It's not that, I just don't know if she likes me back..." Ry said sadly.

"Let's ask our sisters. They should know!" I suggested.

"No wait that's oka-"

"MONA! DELLY!" I called. They looked over to us. I motioned my head towards us. They nodded. I looked at the boys. Rike & Ross were grinning while Ry was sending me daggers through his eyes. I gave him a cheeky grin.

"I seriously hate you right now..." Ry mumbled to me.

"Ya?" Rydel said. We all looked at Ry.

"You out!" I ordered.

"What is it?" Mona asked as Ryland was starting to disappear.

"Does Ari like Ry?" Riker asked.

"Wow dude! SO smooth!" Ross said sarcastically.

"Um, you haven't noticed yet!?" Mona asked surprised and in a 'duh' tone. We all shook our heads. Rydel tsked at us.

"SO SHE DOES!" Ross exclaimed.

"SHUSH! Would you keep it down!?" Mona whispered while scowled to Ross. Ross put his arms up in surrender.

"Anyway, back to our conversation," I said.

"Boys are so dumb!" Rydel said.

"Can't you tell us?" Riker asked.

"We can't! We promised. You will only have to figure that out on your own!" Mona said. Our sisters then headed back to the pool.

"I'll call Ry." Ross told us. We nodded our heads.

"Girls..." Rike & I both sighed. We chuckled. Girls & boys will never understand each other...
