xavier's pov
"when are we going to get my stuff?" britney asks as we walk out of my room
"we can go first thing in the morning if you want" i say with a smile
she nods her head as we walk down the stairs back to the party
as it dies down, everyone leaves except for my pack and britney's old alpha and luna
alpha alex looks at britney and smiles
"congratulations" he says to the two of us
we thank him as he turns his attention to britney
"i assume you will be living here now?" he says with a chuckle
she nods her head as he smiles
"if it's okay, we're going to run by in the morning to get all of her stuff" i say smiling at her
he nods and tells us it's fine
when everyone is finally gone, the pack cleans up the house as i take britney back to my room
"since you don't have clothes for tonight, you just wanna wear some of mine?" i ask with a laugh
britney nods her head like a little kid as i chuckle grabbing her one of my t-shirts
"i don't have any shorts that would fit you and you're too small to fit in my mom's clothes. maybe katie?" i ask looking at her
she laughs and shrugs her shoulders
at that moment, katie walks in my room and looks at both of us
"don't you need some clothes?" she asks looking at britney
she nods as katie walks back out
she comes back with a pair of shorts in her hand
she whispers something in britney's ear that i don't pay attention to and britney nods her head
"i see you already have a shirt. try these. they're a little big on me" she says with a laugh
katie laughs with her after thanking her for the clothes
"can i just use your shower?" she asks turning to me
i nod my head and grab her a towel and katie's shampoo
she walks in my bathroom and closes the door as i lay on my bed
after about 15 minutes, she walks out in my t-shirt
it goes down mid-thigh which makes me chuckle
she comes and lays her head on my chest beside me
i kiss he forehead after wrapping my arms around her tiny frame
i hear her snoring within minutes as i chuckle to myself
i pick her up and carry her to her room across the hall
i pull the blankets down before laying her on the bed
i put the blankets back over her and kiss her forehead before walking out
i turn the light and shut the door before walking back to my room
i change clothes, take a shower, and then jump into bed with my mate on my mind
