Back at home, I sat down at the dining table and waited because Vanessa and Lin wanted to talk to me. I pretty sure they want to give me away, send me back on the streets because I cause too much drama.
" What's wrong?" asks Vanessa and silent tears stream.
" You are probably going to send me out on the streets again. I know how it goes. I'll go pack my stuff now" I say, getting up.
" No, we aren't sending you anywhere. Sit down" said Lin softly.
I wipe my tears and say, " So then what did you want to talk to me about?"
" Two things actually" said Lin, " First, what happened today? Phillipa said you were sobbing because of Lexi. What did she do?"
" Shes dating the most abusive foster relative I have ever had and she knew I would be sad so she decided to tell me after she met all of you so she used me to get to know you guys. " I say.
" Oh, sweetie" says Vanessa, giving me a hug. " wait, so she told you after watching the show?
" I think she tried to tell me at intermission but the show started before she could fully tell me. " I say, thinking back to then.
" Are you okay now?" Asks Lin, who by the way was holding a sleeping Sebastian.
" Kinda" I say
" Ok, so now the second thing. You and Anthony, ay?" says Lin suggestively.
" Yup" I say.
" And Vanessa knew before me. " says Lin, teasing me.
I laugh before saying, "well, sorry?"
" Can I go to bed now?" I ask.
" yeah, good night" calls out Vanessa and Lin.
" good night"
