" Can you drop me off at the the theater?" I ask Lin.
" Why? The shop isn't for another 7 hours. " He says, sipping his tea.
" Yeah, but Anthony wants to take me somewhere and he said to meet at the theater" I say, anxious to get there.
" ooo, Your first date. " Lin says and I blush.
"It's not a date. It's me and Ant. We are besties not more" I say, surprised by the confidence found in my voice.
" Okay, whatever you say, " He says, as he finishes his tea and we go to the theater. I see Anthony waiting there.
" How long is this going to take?" asks Lin and I blush. He is acting like a protective dad even though is personality is like 7 year olds.
" We'll be back here at least 1 hour before the show" says Anthony.
" Ok, fine" Says LIn, " Have fun!" He drives off.
" K, where are we going Ant-man?" I turn to Anthony.
" So, I was pretty sure that since your foster families didnt like you very much, I dont know how but they didn't, you haven't been to an amusement park. " He says, blushing.
" Actually no. Never" I say.
" yay! We are going to Luna Park in Coney Island. " He says.
I laugh as I get in his car. " So, its 50 ish minutes" he says, " So sit back"
" Okay" I Laugh.
" and Now you can sing for me" He says smugly.
" Oh, I get it. That's why you brought me here. " I say.
" Just sing, Shrimp" he says as he puts the car in drive and we start off.
" What do I sing?" I say, " I really don't know many songs. Mostly musical theater and thats only because of Lexi"
" Okay, so well, you know all the hamilton songs so sing one of those. What about Burn?" He suggests.
I raise my eyebrows, " But no one can beat Pippa. "
" Oh, come on. I'm sure you aren't horrible" He says.
" Okay, fine" I say as I put Burn on from my phone and start to sing.
