17 sky and shadow

i walk around till im at the front of the store.
"Hello? Anyone there?!" I scream. There is a slight shuffling. I turn to where the noice took place. "Hello?" I say once more. From behind the cloth with beads marking the door way, stepped a girl about the same height as me, no, I little smaller, she had yellow eyes hair that was down and a piece of hair that was braided. She has stripes all over her body like I have spots.
"Hello, uh sorry-- wait... Are you..." She started. I looked around till my eyes meet hers. "A half cheetah half animal?" I say, she nods. "A shifter?" She says removing the hood from my head revealing my ears. She gasped. I flintched. "Uh.."
"Can I see your cheetah form?! And can shadow see too?!" She asked her eyes sparkling. She seemed trustful. And since she was like me, I think we had a connection. "Shadow?" I ask, confused. She nods and claps her hands.
"~Shadow~" she had a light tune in her voice. Once she said his or her name, a teenage boy came from the 'door'. He was tall, had black hair, yellow eyes, and had dark skin. "I'm shadow, are you Patches the war hero? Half cheetah half human?" He say smirking. I noded. "How...?" He shakes his head. "I know a lot of things about everyone, just by peeking into your mind. Like, bill cipher just firendlyer." I smile and shake his hand. Firmly. "So..." I was about to start telling them about my lost friend and how I was almost rapped, but I needed to get out of the death trap so I pushed them out, along with me. "You need us out of there so we don't get rapped just like you all most were, and you lost our friend amber, an she is hot!" He say in one breath all most chocking in ambers name. I roll my eyes and nod. "Yes and I need to find her!" I say. Shy came and patted my shoulder.
"It's okay patches well help you find her!" She says. I smile. "Your like the little sister I allways wanted. She smiled.

"We walked through the village and there was no sign of a fox.
"Amber!" I yell, everyone turned to look at us. "Sorry," I whisper.
"So where could she be?" Sky asks.
"While I was- um- kidnapped.. She was no where to be seen, I even sent her a message like this,"
'Hi skyler!' I say. She jumps, and turns to me. 'How...?' She started.. 'I can link minds with people and we can talk back
With our anyone hearing.' I say. She nodes. 'Cool, I can come to.' He smiled.
'Anyways, I need to find her and we need to get out of this kingdom.' I say.
They all nod.
'Amber...?' Say mentally hoping to the gods above that she heard.
'Patches...?' A voice says. 'Amber! Where are you?!' A yell.
'In a palace I think Megan found me, but she gaged me and I couldn't yelp,' she says.
'I thought her place was burned!' I say.
'No, it was just ment to look like it was, it started where the fire couldn't touch the building!' She said and suddenly she was cut off.
'Got to go other wise she'll know something's up, HURRY!'
So that is our new mission. Rescue amber, and kill Megan. Not bad, and now I don't haw to do it alone.
