We were sleeping, I was on the ground, amber was in a Hammock, shadow was leaning against the tree that was supporting amber. And skyler was sleeping on the ground beside me.
Everything was still.
Silence.
Silence.
Wait... That's never good. I perk up alerting something's wrong. I climb up a tree for all the forest to see. I glance around. It was a beautiful twilight night. I shift into a cheetah and run off.
"Patches what are you doing?" Sky whispers. "Out for a twilight run, want to come?"

We run for a little while before long she was getting tired.
"Why don't you shift into a tiger?" I ask. She shakes her head.
"I don't know how!" She exclaims sadly.
"It's okay, I'll teach you! Soon you will be a tiger in no time!" I looked at her big smile. She was quite pretty. But anyways,
"Okay first things first,"
"Imma say all the words in side my head, in fired up and tired up of the way that things have been," she sings. I laugh.
"I love that song.
But anyways, " I start. I take a deep breath in. "You need I concentrate. Think about only you. Being a tiger." She nods and site cross legged mimicking me. I nod.
"Next, take a few deep breaths." She does as I say. Soon I'm a cheetah she stared at me with amazement.
"Now you." I say. She nods. I can see her concentrating hard. Her back arches her hands turn to feet and her face is stripped more than before. She lets out a roar but not too loud.
"AWESOME" I yell. I hug her. Blushes.

"MORNING BROTHER!!" Sky yells. In front of shadow, lying on the ground. "Hey!" He says takaling her to the ground. I laugh.
"Morning amber." I say as I see amber smiling at me.
"What's up with you? Smiling?" I ask. A eye brow raised.
"Oh nothing." She says coyly. I roll my eyes.
"What happened when I was out with sky?" I ask. Wanting to know all the details. She rolled her eyes and gave me a look.
"I'm not one to kiss and tell Patches," she says grabbing a cup and poring coffee in it.
"Pfft," I say.
"How's everything with sky?" She asks. A small blush came of my face.
"Fine, I just taught her how to shift!" I say proud.
"Mhm," she says. I roll my eyes but can hid my smile.
Suddenly a scream escaped sky's lips. I turn to see burning ask and dust heading towards us.
"Oh my god not this again, LETS PACK UP AND GET IN THE JEEP!" I yell. Everyone does as comanded and packs up fast.
"We need to get out of here!" I yell, shadow puts his hand on my shoulder.
"That was me, I thought it would be best to cover our tracks." He said.
"Well still we need to move, or else it will cover our tracks and us!" The smell of smoke came around us a little foggy too.
"LETS GO!"
The jeep reeves up and were gone.
"What now?" Sky says holding my hand. I sigh.
"Lets go home. My birth place."
