Chapter 3

~Kenma's POV~

It was morning. I woke up to the realization that Kuroo's arms were wrapped around my skinny, slender body. My eyes widened and I began to blush.

"Hey, good morning there", Kuroo said with an adorable smirk. I turned towards his direction, his arms still wrapped around me. "What are you doing?", I said with my cheeks massively pink.

"Hugging you, I feel bad about what happened and I didn't mean to make you cry....I'm sorry Kenma.". "You didn't make me cry, I was very emotional at the time and I was jealous.", I replied.

Kuroo gave me a confused look and pulled me up from off the bed. He stood me up and knelt down in front of me, holding me hand. "I, Kuroo Tetsurō, here vow to be by your side for as much as you want, even if it's our whole lives.".

My eyes widened with shock, my mouth slightly opened. "What!", I mewed. He smiled and went to grab me and him some clothes. He grabbed me my extra clothes that I leave here just incase if I slept over without going to my house, even though if we live next door to each other.

When we finished getting dressed, we ate breakfast and headed out the door. "Oh no, I forgot to pack a lunch...". Kuroo smiled and gave me a boxed lunch. "I made your lunch and I added a special something in there just for you.", he said. I smiled at him and he blushed.

"What?", I asked curiously. "Nothing, it's just I have to get used to your smile. You hid that beautiful smile for so long that I get flustered easily.". I looked away with red on my cheeks, taking out my psp.

I groaned because, I forgot my psp died yesterday. "I charged it before we went to bed, so don't worry and turn it on.". I turned it on and sure enough it was fully charged.

I turned to Kuroo and smiled. "Thanks, Kuro!". He was surprised that I said his nickname. "No p-problem pudding head!". I then, turned to my game and started to play as we were headed to the train station.

~Time Skip~

I started towards my class after I waved to Kuroo goodbye. He waved back and started walking to his class. I went to my first period, math. The whole time through math I was thinking about what had happened between me and Kuroo last night, where he wrapped himself around me.

All my periods ended up being about me thinking about Kuroo. Then, my last period came around which was gym. My period is extra special to me because that is when Kuroo is having his 3rd year gym period. It just means that I get to spend extra time with him since the teachers of this period wanted us to learn together.

Me and Kuroo decided to practice spikes and tosses during our free time in gym. Everyone was pulled into our duo. I felt uneasy since that I'm not good with people except Kuroo. Kuroo sensed my uneasiness and stepped in to pull me away from the crowed surrounding us.

Kuroo asked if I was okay because, he knows how I get around people and my anxiety starts to slip out. "Yea, I'm fine, thanks Kuro.". He looked worried and I felt terrible so I grabbed his hand and dragged us both out back on the gym floor. He was surprised and pulled back a little.

"Kenma, I don't want you pushing yourself just because I want to be by your side, so please stop this and go sit down to calm your nerves, I'll sit with you ok?".

I turned around and told him I'm fine. He knew I was lying but, I don't want Kuroo living his life this way because I need my own needs and wants and just because I'm the one with my nerves on the edge.

"Fine, but if I see things getting out of control I will drag you off this gym floor in an instant, alright?", Kuroo said with worry in his voice. "Ok."

We started spiking once again and after the 5th spike went through, the bell rang and that was our cue to go over to the 'Nekoma High Volleyball Gym'.

We started towards the locker rooms and gotten our clothes out. When Kuroo started changing, I glanced over and saw him shirtless. I blushed a beating red, that was when I squeaked and turned towards my own locker.

After we gotten dressed, we headed over to the volleyball court. Once we arrived, Lev started hanging all over me. I looked over to Kuroo for assistance but he just laughed. I glared and that was when Lev started begging me toss to him.

"Will you stop hanging on to me then?", I said. "Yes!", Lev instantly replied. I headed over to the court with Kuroo and Lev. I glanced over to Yaku, He looked annoyed by Lev. I then turned to Yaku with Lev and Kuroo confused on the court.

"Can me and Kuroo clean up the gym when practice is over?". "Umm, sure?", he looked confused, well who wouldn't, I mean an introvert gamer asking to clean up a gym, even I disbelieved it.

"Ok, thanks Yaku.", I said while jogging over to the court. I grabbed a ball and tossed it first to Kuroo. *BAM*. A spike went through. "*gasp*, can you toss to me next Kenma-Senpai?". I tossed to him and he missed. What else is new.

I rolled my eyes and he kept asking for more, it reminds me of Shōyō. I tossed to him a couple more times. He was annoying every time he missed the toss. "Hey, Kuroo.", I said. He turned his attention to me. "You and me have clean up after practice.".

He gave me a thumbs up and smiled. I gave a tiny smile back and he blushed, I giggled. Lev heard me giggle and blushed also. I returned to my emotionless self once I saw that Lev heard me giggle.

"Everyone, Practice is over! Kenma and Kuroo....you have clean up", said coach Nekomata. "Hai!", Me and Kuroo said in sync with one another.

"Let's get the brooms". "Ok", I said. I thought about maybe it would be the best time to confess to him, but then I thought about that girl Krystal. She sounded like they were dating but Kuroo never mentioned anything to me about her, and me and him told each other everything that happened within our lives.

When me and Kuroo were inside the storage room, I walked towards the brooms and then I heard the storage room door close.

I turned to see what had happened and then everything flashed before my eyes.

I might not update another chapter tomorrow but I'll try to if not then I'll definitely on Tuesday. Anyways, thank you guys for reading my book. Bye! :D
