I was laying down on a hard wood floor next to the white wolf that I called my best friend.
I was snuggled up against him and he just laid on the ground.
My eyes were closed but I could feel his head turn to our left where our clock was.
He nudged my head on his right.
"Hey, it's almost time to leave for school."
I hugged him closer.
"I don't want to go. They'll just think I'm creepy and run away again."
I felt Ben change forms and hold me in his arms.
"Yeah but remember, I'm there."
I frowned and opened my eyes as I looked up at him.
"You know, I would've had a huge crush on you if you weren't gay."
He chuckled.
"Me too but I like guys."
I giggled and stood up.
He got up off the floor after me and we grabbed our backpacks.
My black backpack matched my jet black hair and dark rimmed glasses.
My hair covered most of my face and it was stick straight so I looked like that girl that came out of the TV in that one horror movie.
It went down to my thighs so it was like a dark curtain.
My glasses were like windows for my golden eyes.
My dark clothes made me look Gothic but it was just because dark clothes were always somehow comfy and stretchy.
Plus it helped me when I played glow in the dark laser tag.
I looked at Ben's perfect body.
His light blond hair, dark brown eyes and chiseled jaw made him look like a model. His muscular body didn't help either.
I glared at him.
"How come you are so perfect?"
He looked at me teasingly.
"Because I didn't come from a horror movie."
I was about to walk over to him and punch his perfect face when we heard the doorbell ring.
He practically ran to the door.
"I'll get it."
I looked at him confusingly.
"Um, okay?"
When he opened the door and brown haired, blue eyed boy stood in front of our door, a grin plastered on his face.
"Hey, babe."
His deep voice sounded like music.
Ben grinned.
"Hey, Cole."
I raised an eyebrow.
"Um, Ben, sweetheart, who is this?"
I walked up next to him and he looked at me awkwardly, his hand rubbing the back of his neck guiltily.
Cole looked at us, confused.
"Yeah, who is this?"
He looked at him, panicked, then looked back to me.
"Oh, this is 'guy I found cute in my class.'"
