kj had gone to peyton's right after peyton left the group chat. he found his girlfriend crying under the sheets of her bed, and he did his best to comfort her.

"how could she bring him up? how could she talk about our father?" peyton asked as she cried into kj's chest. "she swore she would never talk about him again. he hurt us, kj."

"i know, pey." he said, kissing the top of her head. "i know."

"god, i'm so mad at her!" peyton said. "and i'm tired of crying about it!"

"well, i say we get totally wasted and have some really exhilarating sex." kj said.
