When we got in the car she got out her phone and she checked her stuff. After awhile she gasped.
"Gabe, why would you post a picture of me sleeping on instagram?"
"You looked cute plus I thought everyone should know I love walking up in the morning now."
She smiled and looked back at her phone.
"Plus, I think it's fair since you have been posting all those pictures of me." Her eyes got big.
"About that, you see what happened."She tried explaining.
"Yeah yeah whatever."I said waving her off and we both started laughing.
"Gosh I love you."She said.
"I know." She gasped. I chuckled at her reaction.
"I love you too." We pulled up at my house and we got out of the car. I raced her to the front door and unlocked it. She pushed me out of the way and started running up the stairs to my room I caught up to her and started tickling her sides and she started laughing. She started to sprint down the hallway, but I wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her back and she squealed. I brought her legs around and lifted her so I could carry her bridal style. I looked down at her and she was blushing, I chuckled slightly. I opened my door and set her down and she twirled and plopped down on my bed. I grabbed some clothes from my dresser and went into my bathroom and changed. I put on a white v-neck with my blue jeans and black vans. I walked out and grabbed Kate's hand and pulled her out the house. We got in the car and Kate started taking pictures of me and then her.
"Will you quit taking pictures of me?" I asked her.
"No, you're cute."
"Yeah and you're cute too so take pictures of yourself." I said waving her phone off. She giggled and shook her head taking more pictures of me. Once we pulled up to where I thought we should go. I decided to take her to a special place that I always came too. I would come here when I was feeling something other than happiness. It was a field with a dock and a big lake. I stared at it for a minute.
"It's so beautiful. I love it." She gushed.
''I come her when I am feeling down and need to clear my mind. I came her a lot when you were avoiding me. ." By now we were walking along the deck her small hand in my slightly larger one.
"It's a breath taking view. I see how it could clear your mind.''
"I just couldn't seem to clear my head though everything else seemed to leave, but you wouldn't. I would just look at the sunset and think that looks beautiful and then I'd think Kate's beautiful or something like that you know." I looked over at her too see her smiling. The wind picked up blowing her hair back and the sun hit her skin just the right way. We sat down on the dock and we slid off our shoes and dipped our feet into the water. Kate squealed at how cold it was. I chuckled.
"What are you chuckling about Mr.Chuckles." She asked humor clear in her voice.
"Well I was laughing at you my fair lady." I said in a pish posh voice mocking her British accent the best I could. Which sent her into a fit of giggles. She was laughing so hard and I just sat there smiling at her.
"That.....was.....so.....cute."She said in between giggles. She rested her head on my shoulder trying to catch her breath.
"Kate?"
"Yeah?''
''My big game is coming up Friday and I wanted to know if you would like to wear my jersey Thursday and at the game Friday.''
